I placed an order in Augest and only after ten emails they told me they are planning to deliver it in the end of October or issue 80% discount. I am going to inform to credit company.
I was overcharged plenty of times. Just tired to stand in customer service line and returning things. They pretty bad with service and cheating people. I going to go to another store not Albertsons anymore.
They charged $150 without my permission. I opened a case, and for the past 5 days, no one responded.

The charge you incurred is probably a result of you not canceling the free trial as per the instructions in the "Thank you " email sent to you upon commencement of the subscription.

Check pictures. Don't waste your time and money. They will not issue a full refund. I even was not able to open a case in the order. The website glitches in China and does not have phone or email support.

By phone, they told me $290, in the day of pick up other guy called and told me $408
I would never recommend anyone use their service.
I rent the car on Check24 for 7 days, after that I came to the Frankfurt airport and they did not have the car what I booked and paid for. Also, they told me that I paid nothing, and if paid, it means not to them, and I need to pay extra. I do not know how the system works in this business, but it looks like I booked the car on Check24, then they booked on rentalcars.com, and they booked on "global rent". In the end of this story, They told me that they can refund only 50% of the amount that I paid, but it was there mistake that they did not have the car what I booked and paid for. Also, they charged for boarding crossing extra 20 EUR.
