Website was informative. Easy to follow and purchase. The only negative response is the 2 and 1/2 month wait time, then the actual factory calling to tell me it was raining on the Monday they were supposed to deliver and it was sunshine! The factory rep. Was in the Carolinas and the installers were still in TX. I feel like the installers were not wanting to come to AR at that time and looking for an excuse. They did install the following Thursday and did a wonderful job.
I received a call about 4 weeks after placing the order that it would be delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered I got a call saying it got messed up and would receive another one to set up a time. They finally called after a few weeks but that delivery got cancelled too due to a problem with the truck. I didn't receive my order until 9 weeks after placement. I love the product was dissatisfied with delivery time.
Very good response to inquiry and I thank Sue for her help. The installation crew were very business like and professional. The only negative issue was the wait time but I was advised of the time frame when I ordered the car port.
The three guys that delivered it and installed it were very well knowledge on the structure and very easy to deal with. Cleaned up after they were done installing and very quick with install, ( 1 hour). Thank You

Now I have the product and if the need arose, yes I would work with your company. The installers were efficient and courteous the product is first rate.
Delivery of goods was not good. Time agreed was in the afternoon. Asked the company to keep us informed as delivery was going to be at hunting camp. No delivery was done at 6.30 pm and we could not reach the company. We left and only received a call around 7.30 pm that they would be at the camp in half an our, they insisted on delivery and were extremely rude.
Luckily some other hunters were still at the camp. They wanted to charge $ 150.00 as the camper was placed back and they had to build it over the camper. At the end other people around moved the camper.
The people that build the carport told other people on site that I should have ordered extra re-reinforcement beams because of the height of the carport. That was not advised on your website when I ordered or the lady that called me to confirm the order.
Website/Not Great --I went through it on my ipad and it didn't go through the first time. You emailed me and informed me it didn't go through which was nice but it should have. So, i switched to the Laptop and finished my order?
The carport was delivered in the time frame they stated. When it did arrive, the assembly crew delivered it and had it up and together in about an hours time! Impressive! They were not only fast, but clean and polite.
Very smooth and efficient order process. Also, I was impressed with the customer service I received when I called with a technical question before ordering. Carport was assembled very quickly. Very impressed with the carport materials and workmanship. Overall I'm very satisfied!
The only issue I had was with the delivery. When I ordered the website said it would we 4-8 week at the 8 week mark I called about the delivery and was told that it would be another 4 weeks. When I called at the end of the 4 weeks they told me it was going to be another week. After I told them that I wanted to cancel the order, which was on a Friday, they called back and said it would be there on Monday. The garage is great and the crew that put it together was exceptional.
I am very pleased with the carport.
I am equally as impressed with the installation crew. That process was amazing. My only complaint is that it took much too long for delivery. Overall, I am very pleased.
The crew was great, very nice and kept us informed. They did a quick job and cleaned up the area. The office also did a great job on keeping us informed of the status of our order along with follow-up.
The ordering process is a little strange with navigation to the payment page. Other than that it worked as advertised. The only uncertantity we had was not being able to find the footprint of the building in order to design a proper slab to place the building. Problem solved with a phone call to support.
It was easy for me to decide what I needed by looking at all the different carports sizes and designs in the catalog on line. When I saw the carport I wanted, I then chose the size and color. I selected the same color as my house. It was very easy shopping at Alan's Factory Outlet.
Operator's were very friendly and helpful with all my questions, and very quick in responding. The installers we very polite and fast. They put my 18 x 26 carport up in about 1hour and 20 minutes, I couldn't believe they were done so quickly. They were about 3 hours early which worked out better for me. The whole process from ordering the car port to getting it installed was 2nd to none. Thank's all of you at Alan"s for doing such a great job. I would defiantly buy again and Refer people to Alans.
Took 4 months for Eagle Carports to deliver, no fault of Alan's though. Also got a screw in my tire the first time I pulled in to it, again, no fault of Alan's. The customer service at Alan's was helpful and polite.
It would be nice to see images (even if cad images) of the size and colors of the carport after I made my choices.
The delivery team was great! They were in and out in very little time. We purchased 2 carports, one for an RV and one to go beside the house. I think it took less than 2 hours and they were done.
The carports themselves are great. We are very happy.
Good website, fairly thorough. I would recommend more close up pictures of the framing and bracing under the carports. I'm pleased with the carport materials and fit and finish.The crew that installed my carport were professional and surprisingly fast and did an excellent job. I may be ordering a 2nd carport soon and hope I get the same installers, they really were that good.

After being contacted with delivery time, was caught off guard, wasn't expecting it that soon.
Rushed to get slab poured and dryed in time, but all good. Your workers arrived, and from the time they started to finished it only took 53 minutes. I was very impressed. My only complant would be communications. Only 1 of the three spoke limited english.
So far so good. Will update upon receipt and install.
I am a little concerned with the method used for leveling. The base was not completely level. To achieve a level carport the legs were attached at different heights on the base extensions. The screws used to attach the legs to the base extensions now bear the weight of the carport and any additional weight such as snow.
I am not sure if the integrity of the screws is sufficient or durable enough to withstand this. Time will tell.
