Everything was like clockwork, I received a call to confirm a setup date. The set up team was just that, a team, everyone had a job to do and did it. I cant believe how quickly it was put together. And I could not find a single thing wrong with it. Like I say they have professional put together experience and from start to finish. Good prices to.

Ordering was easy and the prices seemed competitive. However, I really didn't check local prices beforehand. Delivery and installation time was much longer than I expected for mid summer-- 88 days.
Installation was quick and done well. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

I still need to purchase garage doors and a side door. The overall parts and installation was fairly easy to assemble.
My wife and I assembled the framework (with a little enginuity) but had an assistant to help raise the roof panels. Will send a couple of pics when completed.

All very good, except when I ordered i was told they would not be able to assemble it less than 2' from another structure. When it was delivered they said they could have assembled it where I needed and asked how much I saved. In the end, I offered double what I saved for assembly but they weren't interested for that price.

We are very pleased with our new carport. Now I wish we had done it years ago. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received from your company. The price was great and the installation went perfectly. I would recommend you to anyone. Thanks for all your support and service.

The crew that delivered and installed the carport was one of the best teams I've seen in a while! Outstanding job, in and out in about 2.5 hours or so. Very nice job! I am very satisfied.

My experience ordering and customer service with Alan's Factory Outlet was easy and very professional, Courtney Weaver is just great! Whenever I had a problem she always got back to me with no delay and solved it for me! As far as Carolina Carports is concerned, that was terrible! I ordered the carport on Sept. 5th and after 2 no show scheduled installations I finally had my carport installed Dec. 16th!

Great product and value. Assembly was very good and fast, however it was done one the WRONG day. The crew showed up a day too soon and I had to scramble to get someone to let them proceed. The crew had no knowledge of the delivery date. A very disappointing situation!

We are very satisfied with the product. We were surprised at the quality of the metal material. There was some dissatisfaction with the scheduling for delivery and installation but it was resolved satisfactorily. The installation crew were very professional and adept at their job. Overall, we would purchase from this company again if we should need further products and we would recommend your product and services as well.

I like the appearance and quality of the 18 x 36 x 12 RV carport that I ordered through Alan's. They were easy to deal with and kept me apprised of the status of my order. The installation crew from Carolina Carports was very efficient, done in 4.5 hrs., and did not leave any mess that I needed to cleanup. Many thanks to Alan's and Carolina Carports.

How lone until delivery?the shelter was delivered in a timely manner and the crew that delivered was very professional. It was a pleasure to watch them work together with minimal communication. They all knew what to do and when to do it.

I was told that the setup crew would be there at the site about 12:30 one day but they showed up at 4:00 the day before they were supposed to setup. They are lucky that I was there hunting at the time as I live about two hours from there. There were a lot of screws that were not picked up by the crew.

Online site is great. Called into customer service today, she called back...VERY professional.
Delivery & setup was fantastic. I was away on vacation when they came to install, installation was cleaned & lookin great when I arrived home. Gate was closed & locked like I asked.

Thanks, service was great, was installed in within 4 weeks. The proce seemed high for what you get... But then again, I didn't hve to do any of the labor so I can't really complain. Overall, great company, service, and product.

We enjoyed being able to build our building the way we wanted. Liked knowing how much it was going to cost, no hidden fees. We liked that we could build this in the privacy of our home. It was delivered in the time that they allowed for delivery. Our overall experience was great.
