The carport we received was excellent. The installers did a perfect job with the installation. The installers were quick. It only took about three hours from start to finish to assemble a triple wide carport with both sides and back completely filled in and gables filled in. And the carport looks great. We are very pleased with how everything went. We would definitely recommend this carport to friends.
Nice carport but I wish it had turned out like I ordered it. The 3' side panels were not installed because they were sent from the factory the wrong color. Unfortunately the crew was from 3 hours away so they don't want to come back just to put up a couple of side panels.
I liked the total experience, but I think you need more pictures from different views and angles of different heights with different types of cars and trucks. Its difficult to see the difference between 6,7, or 8 footers
I was completely satisfied. The carport is very sturdy and looks even better than I thought it would. It was delivered a day early and set up in record time. I definitely would order again and have recommended to several people.
It was easy to order! Delivery took way longer then expected but installation was fast! The structure looks great but it is really thin square tuning holding it all up and the Windows are like school bus windows, way over priced.
Easy to follow and great customer service so far.delivery time was a little long. And scheduled time of arrival was off by a few hours. The workers were courteous and quick though. Would purchase from again if delivery time was less.
Installation team was on time, worked quickly and were courteous and answered any questions. Good group. Building meets all Code requirements for my area. Only sour spot was cost of building due to meeting all Code requirements for here in Florida.
Delivery was delayed a little because of priority effort to repair hurricane damage to existing structures. If I am ever in that situation, I would appreciate being given priority over new installations too. I was not, at all, put off by the delay.
I was stunned at how quickly your staff were able to put up the carport. The biggest problem was the removal of tree limbs in the way where I wanted to put it. Not-to-worry! Your crew not only sawed them off, they toted them away from the site to allow traffic to flow past. The carport was exactly what I had expected it to be. I am satisfied in every respect. GOOD JOB!
On line shopping is quick and easy... Wait time was exactly 8 weeks, Installation crew were right on time and in 3 hours job was complete. My driveway is on a hill that the crew had to back a long trailer up to get to the build site. Needless to say it wasn't the easiest job location and the crew worked around any obstacle they had to.I would highly recommend this Co. And will use again if needed..
Overall the building is excellent. The structure is built soundly and does what I need it to do, unfortunately, there were issues on our end that made it a little more complicated that it should of been.
The issue I had with my overall experience is the fact that we were almost rushed to get our slab poured for the first delivery and we were not happy with the overall results from the initial pour, therefore we had to make some adjustments to the pour and it then delayed the building going up by 3 months, which is absurd when we were rushed and asked to get the slab done within a week of the initial order.
A small improvement to make a note of what the options are next to the drop downs for the options that are not self-explanatory. There is a lot of SEO text on the website and sometimes that can make it feel a little convoluted to get through it. Perhaps a step-by-step configurator or walk through type of check out would help customers convert more if that were more straightforward to them. Great product and business! Thank you!
I have no real complaints. It just took about a month or so for it to be delivered. I am beyond satisfied with the awning. The men that brought it and set it up were very nice and worked very hard on it. They didn't take no time to put it up. I'm very happy.
They scheduled a delivery time quickly but then changed it a few days later. I was not able to be here for the changed time. After this, I had to call several times to set up another delivery date. It took two months.
Web site was easy to use. Could explain some of the additions better. A what is this? Took a little long for delivery. The installation guys did a great job. The carport looks great and the quality of the materials is excellent. Very happy with the finished product!
Process to buy was easy, delivery took a few weeks but with the weather we had it was understandable. The quality of the carport is excellent and the installers were fast and professional. We will definitely buy from Alan's again.

I need help on the time of delivery and there is no where to put information. I am concerned about the openings and need to talk with someone. You didn't give me the amount that you are charging on my credit card for the deposit.
Very easy. However, I called to inquire about height but the agent wasn't sure about the information. Hopefully the standard 6' is good for average SUVs.
The crew arrived early, had the job finished really quick. They were polite, did their job in a professional manner, left no mess behind. We are very happy with our new carport, it fits in well with our landscaping. We added a few finishing touches, i.e. Bushes and a new walkway, we've gotten many compliments.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. The set-up crew was professional and efficient and the finished product was very attractive and well built. I purchased a cover for my RV that was 22 'X 41 'X 14' and it was erected in less than 5 hours. I intend to acquire another carport to house several of my cars and will certainly purchase from Alan's.
