Are there any customers in the DFW area that wouldn't mind showing me the garage / barn / shop, they bought from Alan's? I'm looking at a 30 x 50

Leave off the roll up doors. If you remove the Carolina doors you lose your warranty. But you can buy an opener and modify it so it maybe would work and lose your warranty on the opener if it quits.
