Everything always arrives quickly and is extremely comfortable and flattering. I love the extensive sizes as well as it is not always easy to find "pretty" bras and panties in larger sizes.

Love these pieces! They fit so well and are so comfy
My order should a discount when i bought it online but when my credit card was billed it was charged full price. I have been kept charging 40$ every month since december for no reason since then. Please stop charging my card.

I love that the styles but I have noticed that a lot of the cuties/sexier stuff doesn't come in bigger sizes and it's frustrating being reminded I'm a bigger woman. Also, I've noticed that I have to buy a size bigger than what I wear cause the sizes run small. I do love the styles and the convinence!
I have been a loyal customer and have even referred a few co-workers to Adore Me. I bought over 20 sets from Adore Me and the last couple of sets I bought in July I didn't where immediately and now they are too small. I called to see if I can exchanged them for a bigger size. They said unfortunately they can't because it was past 30 day period. As a loyal customer I felt an exception could've been since I've spent so much money with the company. I didn't want a refund! I just wanted to exchange my sets for a bigger size.
Looked great on my wife and she says they are very comfortable.
Great quality and true sizing! Love the picks in my showroom! It's normally hard to find bras that are pretty and functional if your bigger than a D cup. So happy I ordered.
I have ordered a few times now from Adore Me without fitting issues until now. I needed to exchange my corset for one size smaller and am extremely frustrated with the women who handled my call.
She couldn't answer basic questions and put me on hold 4 different times to figure out what I needed done. Then she continued to take me off hold mid laughter asking if I was still there multiple times before finally hearing me - unprofessional.
Two separate times she tried to explain why she couldn't process my exchange although her reasons were inaccurate based off the info ON THE WEBSITE - I literally had to tell her why she was incorrect with her rudely dismissing me. It took me 30 minutes at least to get my exchange in process after all her misleading information. She needs to get out of customer service immediately!

Everything I've bought frome adore me is wonderful. I wear an odd size and can never find anything in stores. When I do get lucky enough to find something it's always ugly and doesn't fit comfortably. All the stuff I've bought form adore me not only fits nicely, but it's beautiful.

Received two sets of bras and panties from my love... both fit perfect so many people asked if I had on new bra made me feel so special
I have gotten a lot of lingerie over my marriage but this is one of the best quality yet with a price amazed me! I mean go to any VS and just one piece is at least $40. But a set for under $25, yes please. Now I can update my lingerie more often and keep him guessing.

Package never came, it's a week late already! And they won't refund money... they said "it's out of our hands once it goes to USPS you need to call them and find out where the package I sand why it hasn't been delivered..." Really?!? USPS won't talk with me because I did not send the package so I don't have a claim with them, only the person/company who sent the package would. What a waste of my time trying to track the package and fix this. I just want a refund now!
I had my initial interest from a commercial. The price was $19.99, I'm not sure why b/c it advertises at $24.95. The ordering process was easy and I received my purchase quickly with the basic shipping. The Babydoll was perfect and the fit was perfect. The only thing I would change about the experience is that the timeframe to pick or skip the month should be extended to 10 days instead of 5, b/c people that have busy jobs sometimes the days fly by. That is the reason I canceled my enrollment with another organization. Also, I wish the monthly rates were $24.95, not $39.99, but it's early in my experience with AdoreMe, so maybe they offer coupons or special deals. I'm excited to see.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
