The website is easy to use and the selection is great. Everything always fits true to size and is well made.
My first order with AdoreMe was fine. Shipping took a bit longer than I would've expected, but everything arrived and was good quality. My second order with AdoreMe is the issue. I ordered a couple of sets on June 30th. They were shipped out on July 5th. It is now August 6th and I still have yet to receive my order. I've spoken on the phone and through the website chat to multiple employees, and have mostly been given the run around and asked to wait more and more time for the package to potentially show up. There is no info on Ascendia's tracking page, nor Canada Post's tracking page. The package is lost. The estimated arrival was July 16th. Now I'm being told a refund can't be processed, all they can do is process a request for replacement. I don't even need the two strapless bras I purchased anymore, as by the time I get them summer will likely be over. I highly doubt they'll let me change my order to something else either. Waste of time and money.
Also, the chat takes FOREVER to get a hold of someone. Before I purchased from the company they were so quick to say hi every time I was on the website and now that I have an issue everyone is always 'away' and my messages will be marked as 'seen' and then mysteriously go back to 'not seen yet'. I thought I could trust this website but as I've seen here, there are multiple reviews proving that you shouldn't.

This set fits me beautifully. Being a plus size woman, it is so hard to find bras in my size. I love the fact that it holds me in but the straps are not heavy. The panties are so soft and comfy. Im sure i will be buying plenty more sets like this in the future

I've purchased 4 different sets from Adore Me and my husband and I love all of them! I had a little trouble originally figuring out what size was best for me and had to exchange all of my original purchases but final sizes were pretty consistent across the 4 different sets once I figured out what worked for me. I am 5'1" and 103 lb and I wear a Small top and an xSmall bottom.

This company is working very hard to right a situation that resulted in a severely delayed package for me. If you look at the interaction on my first review, they went above and beyond! I still haven't received the order in question and the item is sold out so if it is lost I can never get lol. But they offered me a credit for replacement. I would say if you are a Canadian or overseas shopper give yourself plenty of time and oder more than 30 days ahead, and glitches do happen but the quality of items is great and customer service will work with you! I'm impressed that Adore Me worked this hard for me to make it right.

I have been an online shopper for YEARS and know this is not okay. This company has great lingerie and swimwear but consistently ships me packages that either get tied up in customs for nearly two weeks or cost a heavy duties charge upon arrival after a long wait. I ordered 2 items on June 30th, one arrived within reasonable time but it is now almost 30 days since I ordered and my 2nd item is apparently being held by customs. When I inquired I was told they have no bearing on customs, but how is it no other company has this problem? This NEVER happens anywhere else I order, and I am tired of not receiving items in a reasonable timeframe that they estimate themselves. I had to buy a new swimsuit to replace the late one (which was an exchange) which means the whole point of shopping there (saving money and getting decent quality) is wasted because I am paying double. I like the lingerie and swimwear generally, but will probably have to cancel my account if the shipping process isn't improved for Canadian customers. I have now paid shipping 3 times, and only have one item! We want you to have our money Adore Me, can you please step it up? It is 11 days after the expected delivery date, this is not good business.

I ordered my sets in the wrong size. All I had to do to get my new sets was tell what was wrong with my items and ask for a return label. I didn't have to wait for the previous items to be returned or have to pay a fee to exchange for my new sets.

I got a racer back bra with front clasps. Very comfortable! The underwire doesn't hurt whatsoever. Also got a lace robe, which feels great, especially on hot nights.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
