I love the fact that you get a matching panty with your bra. The fact that they both fit perfectly is a big deal. It seems that the sizing is spot on atleast for the sets I bought. The only thing I would like to see change is the wait time to get my box. Otherwise as a first time purchaser I couldn't be happier with my orders!

I placed an order for my honeymoon in 10/16/17. The order states that it is still currently in processing stage. I reached out to the customer service team. They refused to cancel the order. They state the only thing they can do is still send the order and I can ship it back. Makes absolutly no sense that if an order is in process that it cannot be cancelled. You cannot run a business well if that's how you treat your clients. This was my first order and I have already requested to have my membership cancelled

I ordered from them October7th. Figuring they say 3-7 days to get it. Okay cool. Should be here by sweetest day. Nope. Called they are having issues with the warehouse this was about Monday before sweetest. Told me I should hopefully have it by Saturday. Umm nope. Came Tuesday the 24th. So that is probably about the turn around for them. Then I got the bra not really true to size. I am a 38h so I ordered the. 38I in anticipation of it maybe running small. Still didn't fit. Not only was my breast spilling out the top. On ouf the strings was stitched on wrong. Smh so I waited all that time for nothing. Smh

I havr ordered numerous items and there hasnt been one time that I was disappointed. I'd rather shop for my lingerie, sleep wear and active wear here than going into a store and buying it. The quality is always amazing. The exchanges are simple, just had to print out the pre paid label send it in and got a credit to get a different size, no questions asked! I will never order from this company again! Ichecked on my order because it hasnt showed up yet. It was supposed to be shipped out in 2 days its now10/22/17 and I still have not received it. I called talked to someone who had spoken very poor English and could hardly understand her she did tell me that she can not cancel the order. There was problems in the warehouse and they are await of it. I asked her to speak to a supervisor and she was reluctant and then Robert the manager said he cant cancel it either. The item is the processing stage for 7 days at this point havent even been put in a box! I also told them to cancel this monthly subscription. I do not trust them and now they have my credit card! Buyer be wair!
Selecting the bras I wanted was the hard part. The easy part was finding the type of bra I wanted and needed. Their bra sizer confirmed I have been wearing the right size. I love their web site and wish i could buy all their bras. A little pricey but worth the value.

I always have a hard time finding bras that fit well. I have a bit of a barrel chest so conventional bras end up stabbing me within a month. I figured I might as well try and ordered 2 sets. Both fit great and are my new favorites. I do wish getting additional panties was cheaper...
