I placed over $100 order on Feb 7th with the guarantee that this would deliver to me by Valentine's Day Feb 14th. My order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Customer service said they are doing everything they can and refunded 25% of my purchase. But I would still like the product I paid for. 3 sets spent over $100 and my order is stuck in PROCESSING. I have NO confidence the warehouse is doing everything they can. If they were I would have seen my order by now.

Have so far had a really good experience using the app and website. The only problem I've encountered was when trying to enter billing address on the website to sign up for VIP the website kept trying to use an incorrect autofill address and fixing that was a little annoying but I did get it worked out. Sizes are true to the size chart and products seem to be of quality. Great sales and promos!

I hate physically shopping for bras and swimsuits so this was a dream come true to be able to order what I liked and actually have it fit!
