Great service. Ordered one set and it was too big, returned it and within the same day the new set was on its way. Quick and painless. The color is great and makes me feel awesome
If I can give it no star, I would do it!
I ordered my sets on 3rd March, but they haven't send my order to me, so I sent e-mail to their customers care (but they doesn't care)on 19th March. And I got a reply was the processing time will be longer than 1-2 days usual. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! That's not only 1-2 days longer! Then, I sent 1 more e-mail to them on 21st March, but haven't get any respond yet... It is a $#*! company, I feel like they stole my money! And they are so funny, they give me 10 dollars credits, but do they think i will buy stuffs on their website one more time? Do they think i will give them one more time to stole my money?! That was so funny haha!
UPDATE! MY order is still processing... 25th March

Unfortunately, we have experienced a peak in the volume of orders causing delays that we regret. It looks like my experience here is not an unusual one. I placed my first order on March 4th and was very excited about how the company works and the products. My order STILL has not shipped. I've sent email inquiries and received only a generic response - basically the same one they keep copy/pasting below these reviews which is pointless and not helpful. I tried calling and it was like talking to a robot that kept repeating the same generic "our warehouse is experiencing high volume" excuse. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told customers aren't allowed to speak to supervisors.
I'm an understanding customer; supply or fulfillment troubles happen and are legitimate reasons to delay orders. But not being able to explain it to your customers, not giving any kind of timeline for when they will receive their order, and not even responding in a personalized way when they know this is an issue is NOT ACCEPTABLE. There isn't even a way to cancel and refund the transaction! How is this not a scam?

I love this bathing suit! It's sexy while still giving me the coverage that I desired. I also have a long torso and one piece bathing suits are difficult for me to find but this one fits perfectly! It ran just the smallest bit on the larger side for me but I still ordered the size I would normally purchase.
