I'm on the Adore Me subscription plan and received 2 of the most comfortable padded stretchy bras in black and nude, and a cozy Grey sweater. Love that I can skip months or pause membership all thru the app. Super easy and takes less than a minute.
The adore me products are definitely fun. They come in nice packaging and have a lot of different options for purchase. The only thing I've noticed is that their products are definitely low quality fabrics. Most of the things I've received are scratchy, itchy and poorly made. There have been a few items (like my last purchase) in which the fabrics seem a little more high end and don't feel gross to touch. So, it's a hit or miss with this stuff and I personally think it's overpriced for what you're getting. Many other lingerie companies out there that are same price with excellent fabrics.

I placed an order during peak shipping season, and as a result delivery was understandably delayed. But, between email updates and easily checking the app, I wasn't left wondering why it wasn't here. Well executed management, considering the circumstances.
The quality was good for the price. I wasn't totally taken away by it but it was pretty good. Hubby is going to love it!

I did receive my items on time and well packaged, but I am almost certain that delivery updates were going to an additional email that was not one I entered, violating my customer privacy. Not the end of the world, but certainly a little disconcerting.

I am am 38 dd/ddd these bras used to give heavy chested women like me hope. They were firm strong and supportive. I still have adore me bras from 2013 ijs. I don't love the quality anymore hopefully my review helps

On my profile I have a small as my size but received 2 items that were size large.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
