I have been using this site for at least two years now, redoing all of my bras, panties, lounge wear, work out clothing, and night wear (sexy and casual.) Their return policy is so easy and they have so many different styles, so if what you ordered doesnt work, you can exchange it. That allowed me to find out what I like and dislike with ease. Ive found some of the most comfortable and well made items. I recommend this to every single woman! Why? Simply because they cater to all shapes and sizes too. They seem to be a very mindful company.
My wife loves the quality, selection and fit of these products. Much better than popular competitor brands.

The last few times I have ordered, I have had to wait and wait and wait to get my orders. I just don't think it should take so long to get the things I pay good money for.
This was the worst Valentine's Day possible thanks to Adore me. I ordered with plenty of time to receive my package before Valentine's Day. In fact I received a date no later than 2/11/25 and a UPS tracking number only to discover that my package is handed off to a shipper, then to UPS, then to my local post office. As of today my package is nowhere to be found, I opted for the full refund and awaited a manager to file a complaint with and was hung up on by Stephanie. This was the absolute worst experience with any retailer and I'll be letting anyone who will listen know the quality of service they'll receive.
I ordered some things for my wife off this sight it's been over 3 weeks since my order and still haven't received it I called CS and they pretty much told me that I just needed to deal with the delay and if I wanted to cancel my order I needed to wait another 5-7 business days or be patient and then offered me a 5$ site credit I'll never buy from them again
The customer service representative was very rude and disrespectful as well

The customer service has been absolute trash lately. They give you a blanketed response and anytime there's an issue it's the EXACT SAME RESULT as any other time there's an issue. They clearly don't actually care or read your email. It's been almost an entire month and it's been nothing but excuses and they all say THE EXACT SAME THING. Nothing is fixed and my order placed with plenty of time to be delivered before Valentine's Day STILL HASNT EVEN SHIPPED! I'm absolutely furious and they literally do NOTHING. It's a $175 order and they just keep saying "due to a rise in orders" blah blah blah. Hmmm I've heard this exact response several times before.
The company used to be great but now the shipping is garbage, the customer service is awful, and the items have diminished significantly in quality. And now every comfy item (like joggers and pajamas) have a fee called "comfort lane." Pretty obnoxious to charge for the item as well as a fee. They're going to lose a lot of customers with this.
If I can give them a 0 I would! I placed an order on 2/4 and their website guaranteed delivery by 2/14. Today i received the 3rd email from them "apologizing"that the order hasn't even been processed yet let alone shipped, however, they definitely charged my account! I will never ever buy from them again.

I was excited to find matching bras and underwear sets. Every bra, the top rolled like it was too small or was washed. I ordered my same size bra that I am in every other brand. Even remeasured according to my sizing just to be safe. I would have just returned everything but I read reviews about returns being difficult so unfortunately all these sets I ordered just got pushed to the back of the drawer. Live and learn. If it sounds too good to be true for the price, it probably is.
I looked at your sizing chart and I wear a size 16. Based on that, I should wear an XL. I ordered that and they were all HUGE! Now I'm nervous to reorder the size smaller because what if they're too small? I'm confused by your sizing and afraid to reorder
They dark green and silver sparkle set I just got was cute but the sparkle thread was so scratchy that it rubbed me raw in 2 spots from both the bra in my underarms and 2 spots from my thong. I couldn't wear thongs for over a week. It was so bad I had to throw it away.

I was frustrated when I learned, after updating my order, that when exchanging something from my box for a different size I'm unable to use my $20.00 member credit. Seems like a shady way to keep my money when I like something in my box but just need a smaller size. It was my first month/box so still figuring out sizing with this brand. Meanwhile, I get charged full price for the item, they won't cancel the order for me even though I reached out immediately after placing the order realizing the error in my receipt. It was a poor experience.

I returned the box and still got charged despite repeatedly informing you I returned it. I had to call and got a "courtesy" refund despite another email telling me there was a return label issue. Very frustrating.

I love the Elite Box subscription because it gives me the advantage of not having to browse through the whole store to find something and I can edit the styles I would prefer every month. I dislike that shipping and tracking numbers don't release until the very last second. Every time I get a tracking number, USPS doesn't recognize it until the very very end when the package is finally in transit.

We have been VIP for a while now. In the beginning, there was a large variety of choices in lingerie and sleepwear, but we haven't seen anything original or unique in months… plus, the prices continue to increase and the shipping has become a joke. I can't remember the last time something came in when expected. The quality is good, and as long as you are not in a hurry, and/or like variety, it's a good experience. Just not worth the price to me any more.

I prefer quality over quantity so it's not for me. I did get some lingerie for a special occasion for a low price which is great but the bras and panties are definitely not quality and I don't need many low quality pieces when a few good pieces will do.

Even waiting till after the holidays to order shipping took a very long time and it was before it got to the post office. I'll be curious if this is a common occurrence. It was my first purchase and I would have tried the next size up.

Finally waited my 2+ weeks before they would do anything about my lost product. Mind you they lost it because it never even made it to the actual facility to make its way to me. Now that I have finally waited so long I was able to put in a request for new products. After waiting again over a month they wouldn't even put an expedited order in for the item that they lost. I have lost so much respect for this company. I will never be back

I would give this zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service.Horrible company! My item has been lost now for 2 weeks and they refuse to help for another 2 weeks because of their policy. It's clearly visible through all the trackings it's lost and no one will do anything until over a month after I order the item! I paid for priority shipping as well and still nothing! I will never EVER spend my money here and neither will anyone I know.
I paid for express shipping but received my items very late (after the date I needed them). The items I received were good quality and I will find another time to wear them, but my husband's birthday had already passed.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
