I experienced antisemitism and homophobia from Tali at Riverchase Galleria. I will never be coming here again, horrible customer service. This lady also found my Instagram and decided to post "And we gonna continue to fuc@@ you guys up. Over and over again. Get you $#*! ready". Employees represent the companies they work for, this says a lot. I do hope that the administrative department takes care of this unacceptable behaviour from their employee. Nobody should have to go through this. Unacceptable!

Avoid like the plague Adore Cosmetics in Brandon Mall. They utilize hard, pressured sales tactics once inside. You are held captive once inside and not released until you purchase a high priced device and/or creams. They do not tell you until after you make the purchase that there are no returns, exchanges only. Once you purchase they continuously try to sell you a different device that's supposed to be better than the one they just sold you for just $500 more. They keep on and on until you break down and cry. It was truly a stressful situation for which I want no one else to experience. This mall has a Sephora which is an ethical business and you will enjoy shopping for skincare products in a calm and thoughtful environment. In summary, AVOID ADORE COSMETICS.

If I could give zero I would. I had a reaction to their products. I called the next morning to let them know. I was told a manager would call me back. No one called me back. When I finally kept calling and managed to talk to the Manager 8 days later I was told that they needed to talk to Management to authorize a refund. I thought I was talking to management? She then went on the tell me their products are completely allergen free, which is impossible, and that I could not have had a reaction to their products. She said a reaction would have happened within 10 mins of application and I said that is absolutely untrue as someone with a child with contact allergies this is all lies. It is false assertions to say something is completely free of all allergens. Their website says refund can only be given within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. I did not open or use anything. I have over $1500 of products I cannot use. I feel like they are trying to give me the run around to pass the date of eligibility for a refund. I will be taking this to the better business bureau.

I went in by myself one day to get a product they gave me a deal and I got a free facial they took advantage and wouldn't take no for an answer when I said I couldn't afford a 7500 item I didn't have to buy but they peer pressured I didn't buy but I had to make an excuse to even leave now I can never go back into the mall. The product we're good but the marketing strategy is not I almost had a panic attack because they wouldn't let me go with buying even though I payed for all my other items.

Me and my wife was at the mall when she got approached by a salesman when she went in the store my wife asked about a cream for puffy skin under her eyes the salesman sat her down in a chair and he proceeded to demonstrate this wonderful lotion when she asked the price he said 300 when my wife said that's too much money he put it down to 150. She said no walked out the store the next day her eyes are all puffy and red it's been 4 days since she had it applied to her eyes and still red and puffy the salesman was a very rude and pressuring person and trying to rip a lady off by over pricing the product I am not a happy guy right now I would off talk to him in person but my wife never told me till today

Just had a Adore rep apply eye cream around my eye and it tightened the skin around my eye. Of course you don't see the wrinkle, it just tightens the skin. Once you wash your face your wrinkles are back.! I didn't fall for there sales tactic and lies.

Do not buy any products from this company! I payed $900 and didn't know I couldn't return anything. The girl at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree MA just swiped my card without telling me much information. When I got home the boxes were DAMAGED. The products smell like chemicals... and I cannot return anything. I feel so stupid for being vulnerable for listening to her that my skin could look better :( I'm so so sad. Please do not buy from this con artist company. None of their social media pages look legit... if their products really were that expensive for good reason, then they would have A LOT more reviews and professional photos etc, but they don't. It's a scam and I'm unfortunately a victim.

I do adore cosmetics. It is so nice to buy something new and try it. As to this site, I've bout some products here for two times and everything was great. No delays!

I recently bought the vitamin c dark spot corrector. I've never tried it before. And you know it really works. My skin became more glowing and fresh

Our Adore Cosmetic store closed. Our representative told us that we were gold customers and would still be able to get our products from another store. Every time that I have called a different location, they have hung up on me. I was just on their chat line for 45 minutes. After I explained my situation, the agent never responded. I like the product but can not get the product that I paid for. We spent thousands of dollars. The customer service is non-exsistent!

I would not recommend any of the products. Their customers service is aggressive dishonest and rude. The manager was insulting and arrogant. My brother purchased several of their products for my birthday and they told never disclosed the price ran his credit card and charged him $1,200 for their eye cream. The put the receipt.in the bag and didn't say anything. We didn't realize they did that until we got home. Once we saw that we went back to the store and they started that they are not allowed to refund and to add insult to injury the eye cream they put in the bag was opened. They gave us a used product@ I will be filing a former complaint.

Yesterday my kids and I was walking through Willowbrook mall located on 2000 Willowbrook Mall Houston Tx *******. As we was walking pass Adore Cosmetics an African American guy with an British accent stopped me and ask if I could follow him to his work station to demonstrate and product that The company was selling afterwards he Began to aggressively force me to buy the products I told him that I was considering coming back but first I need to finish up shopping for Father's Day. He loudly asked me in an angry tone, what's the difference you buying it now or when you return and so I told that I was going to come back because Adore cosmetics was not an priority to me when I was passing the store he then said with an attitude don't tell me you're coming back and you don't cause people always say that. Now I was getting very upset and I told him again that I will return so this guy had the nerve to say to me in front of my kids you probably want have any money once you buy the other gift at this point I was highly upset with him and I just looked at him but he walked away from me talking angrily about me while slamming the cabinets that the products was in as I walked out my son seen how upset I was and asked was I ok.
