This location is the worst, they are very rude. And always messes up on my orders. Just the worst they even took money from my bank card and said that it didn't go through even with the proof of my bank statement. And they get away with it because there's no customer care numbers nor a way too speak to the owner.

Yesterday my kids and I was walking through Willowbrook mall located on 2000 Willowbrook Mall Houston Tx *******. As we was walking pass Adore Cosmetics an African American guy with an British accent stopped me and ask if I could follow him to his work station to demonstrate and product that The company was selling afterwards he Began to aggressively force me to buy the products I told him that I was considering coming back but first I need to finish up shopping for Father's Day. He loudly asked me in an angry tone, what's the difference you buying it now or when you return and so I told that I was going to come back because Adore cosmetics was not an priority to me when I was passing the store he then said with an attitude don't tell me you're coming back and you don't cause people always say that. Now I was getting very upset and I told him again that I will return so this guy had the nerve to say to me in front of my kids you probably want have any money once you buy the other gift at this point I was highly upset with him and I just looked at him but he walked away from me talking angrily about me while slamming the cabinets that the products was in as I walked out my son seen how upset I was and asked was I ok.
