My Brother had paid $4300 to purchased the six month facial program and some products from Adore at Willowbrook. He is a lack english speaking mid age man. He had planned to buy the program and products for me for a christmas gift. But he had no clue on what he was doing. They got him to signed up for the six months for men's program and purchase some products, and charged him $4300. The store Manager (Maya) was the one that had assisted him. When he had came home, he told me about it. I did not excepted the gift from him, first becauise it was too much money, secondly, I have been a Client once at Adore for a good period of 4 month and had spent over $2000 for the program and products that was guaranteed to work for age spots and dark spots, but did not work on me. The product claims to be organic, but made me break out. When they had sold this to my brother, they did not verbally tell him that there are no refund, only exchange within 14 day from purchased date. So however, I had called the store and spoke with Maya the store Manager. I told her that he needed to get a refund. She said per the store policy, they can not give him a refund. They can only allow exchange and for me to submit a form to Customer service email for review. This doesn't grant a refund, but might be able to work out on exchange. I had made it clear to her that he does not understand well english and that he needed his money back. All products were well sealed. She started getting aggressive, rude, she speaks over me and told me that I need to wait for customers service to contact us back withing 5 to 7 business day and that we will not get a refund, but possible exchange only. She tried to avoid calling me back after leaving her two messages. And when I called her after didin't hear back from her or the cutomer service, she started being very unprofessional and rude. We are still in the process of hearing back from the customers services regarding the claim. They have just scammed my brother for his money and now they are tring to give us a very difficult time to get his money back. In general, all cosmetics that are guaranteed to work or supposed to be a real good products, should also gauranteed your money back or a return for customers. This is a scam folks. They do not want to refund our money for products that has been bought from their store. It has only been 5 day and all products are sealed and has not been open.
