My sister and I just tried the adore cosmetics icon Nu apple peeloff mask. This mask is great. It really smell amazing and it peeled away tons of dirt and blackheads from my face. I will recommend this mask to all of my friends.

I recently had a pretty bad experience at one of the Adore locations at La Cantera. About two months ago I purchased various products from this store, after they waived me in and gave me their whole spill and told me how much I could save if I wanted to get all the products they were bringing to me. I work in retail so I know how pushy we can get if we need to make a sale. I ended up buying Adore's Gold peel off mask and the Essence toner. By the time i got home I noticed they had changed my order and had given me the charcoal mask instead of the gold peel off mask I purchased.
I didn't feel like going back to the store so I decided to call their customer support to see if they could help me exchange the product that was erroneously given to me by the store attendant.
Hanna was super nice when I called. I emailed her my documents, pictures and receipt and send me my Gold peel off mask along with a prepaid envelope to return the charcoal mask.
Great service, at least online, no pressure as in the stores.
Very decent skincare products. It was a gift from my husband and he nailed it. They do magic on my skin. I got a number of products but my favourite is body butter.
