This place is the absolute worst. I purchased a ring in July as a gift, it came in the wrong size, they replaced it, was worn twice and stones started falling out. Then paid $40 for a replacement, they sent the completely wrong ring, I STILL IN OCTOBER have NOT had this resolved or even received what I purchased and they refuse a refund. I tried to call the number provided, went to voicemail. The email responses are generic.
