This place is the absolute worst. I purchased a ring in July as a gift, it came in the wrong size, they replaced it, was worn twice and stones started falling out. Then paid $40 for a replacement, they sent the completely wrong ring, I STILL IN OCTOBER have NOT had this resolved or even received what I purchased and they refuse a refund. I tried to call the number provided, went to voicemail. The email responses are generic.

I love all their products... well the ones that I have tried. One of my favorite is the 24k Mask. The entire Adore experience is awesome. I you ever have a chance to go into one of their locations, GO! I am a returning customer and also have turned some family and friends on to their products.
