After purchasing a beautiful ring from Italo Jewelry, it arrived but was too snug. This despite my using a professional jeweler's sizing tool before selecting the size. I reached out to the Company by email, told them how much I liked the ring, but needed to have it sent in a size 8, versus the 7.5 I ordered. I sent 3 emails to the Company before they responded. And when they responded, they ignored my request for the specific address where I could return the 'too-snug' ring. They did advise me I could keep the ring that didn't fit, if I would pay another $60 for the replacement ring, and another $20 in shipping charges. NO. The worst? I actually looked at the reviews on their website before I placed my order. Their site declares 99% of reviews are 4 and 5 stars. That seemed impressive. Until I tried to post my own review (spent far too much trying) and have discovered there is NO WAY to post a review. I feel certain this is by deliberate design on the part of Italo. And I'm also feeling it is quite possible the reviews which ARE on their website are either highly manipulated or non-authentic. Shame on you Italo!
Bought a sapphire necklace and ring. Hated them immediately upon receipt. Tried to return and got other offers instead. Finally received return instructions. Returned both. No refund. They have had items intact in boxes in which they came and no refund yet. BEWARE!
Be aware this company ships from China and they never give you a date when you should receive your order. I placed an order on 11/08/2024 and today is 12/15/2024 and my order is still in transit in Chicago and I live in Florida. I hope I still receive my order. I will never order again because it takes too much time to receive. I will come back to update my review when I finally receive my order and if I receive it.
I placed an order on November 11th and after ordering it I saw on the tracking that it wasn't going to be delivered because they didn't pay correct postage for it. Then they tell me I will get a full refund that should have been $109.95 and they only are refunding me $76.96. This is unreal. They are taking out shipping for an item they didn't even pay correct shipping for. I am trying to get back in touch and no one is answering. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
C/S agents don't call back or they hang up on you because they don't speak English very well. Don't understand your issue
I ordered two rings and needed to return one because of the fit. I was only reimbursed a portion of my cost because I had a discount on the original purchase and they would not honor that. Instead, they subtracted a smaller discount from the ring I kept. Never ever again! And the ring is only silver plated, not real silver.
Ordered 3 beautiful rings. At first it was accidently delivered to the wrong address but upon notifying Italo customer service they sent me a replacement. When the order arrived they were even more beautiful. Also lovely gift packaging as well, but the quality and craftmanship of the rings are beyond exquisite. Really am happy with my purchase. 2 out of 3 were supposed to be gifts I ended up keeping them all! All three are so pretty I often cannot decide which one to wear. Perfect for any occasion but especially holidays. Top shelf customer service from Italo Jewelry. Such class, courtesy and professionalism, very responsive, very helpful. Will definitely be ordering more from Italo! Wholeheartedly recommend to all.
Horrible products. Purchased a bunch at the same. Started noticing green finger. Material of ring fading. Emailed CS. The reply we received was sorry over 1 year, buy a different one and here's a coupon code.
Actual deterioration because around month 6. And never wear them all day straight.

Final thought. If you want a men's ring to last say 4-6 months, minimal wear - invest in this.
I ordered a Bridal Ring Set which consisted of two rings and received an e-mail asking if I was aware that I ordered two of the same rings. At this time, I am feeling quite happy that they reached out to insure/verify If I made a mistake. This is when the hypocrisy began. A week later I checked on my order as it was still in the PROCESSING status. They responded with your order requires a certain amount of time to prepare, they contacted the factory and confirmed that your order will be shipped out on 3-5 working days. Seven days later, I reach out again and still, they responded with your order requires a certain amount of time to prepare. We've contacted the factory, and we'll expedite your order. Confirmed that your order will be shipped out on 1-3 working days. I still am waiting for my order as it is still in the status of processing. I do not know if I will do business with this company again!
I ordered earrings for my daughter to wear on Christmas Eve on November 17. It is now December 20th and they have not been delivered. When I attempted to use Italo's website tracking function, it claims not to recognize their own tracking number - that they sent to me via email. You can't reach them by phone. The live chat operator just tells you they're in transit with no detail. According to the website delivery was to take place in 8-10 days. SCAM
I hardly ever write reviews however I felt compelled to do so with Italo Jewelry. I am beyond pleased with the fast shipping, delivery and quality of the items- for not being real diamonds, they sure do mimic my wedding set perfectly. In addition, the customer service is out of this world. I ordered the wrong size and sent and email and the customer service team was quick with all responses and found a way to make the situation better. Not only was the return policy easy, I was able to exchange my items for the correct size(S) AND they sent me a free gift of beautiful earrings for exchanging versus returning my items. I am currently buying more items from Italo and have recommended them to so many people in my personal life. I promise, the money spent on this jewelry is well worth EVERY PENNY spent!
I have left 6 or 7 emails it says due to the high volume it may take up to 4 days before I get one back from them. I called during the hours of operation and it says no one is Available try again later. This is all day. I've left voice mails. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering now I'm out the money I tried to cancel the order as soon as it was made. It said this order the money could be divided into two payments it took all of my payments out not dividing them. I canceled or tried to immediately here I am 24 hours later and you can't get in contact with anyone.
I had trouble with every order with this operation. Its basically a bate and switch deal. Customer service is a joke they try to put you thru all kinds of hoops to get your money back. And forget about trying to return a order they will try to offer you a bunch oh B.S.
I was looking at the site, put something in my cart to see discount, reviews & shipping costs. Before I finished the site submitted and charged me to pay-pal. I don't use PayPal and I was just looking. I have written 25 times, called 3 times and am being ignored. My bank is looking into fraud.
If you order anything then quickly change your mind, even earlier according to THEIR policy, or doesn't matter. Ordered something late at night and decided not to. Quickly emailed them to cancel. They respond weekdays very early in the morning EST. They didn't respond for over 24 hours later. Then told me they intercepted the shipment which was a total lie because my order shipped anyway. They didn't wait for me to answer back. I followed their policy and still got screwed. Then they took almost a month to refund.

The rings I received looked very nice, but I thought the stones were too big for my taste so I decided to return them and choose another style. I returned the rings at my own cost and tracked the packed so i knew it had been received. After two weeks of waiting (after the package I returned had been received) I asked when the replacement order was shipped. They had not yet shipped my order. I asked for a refund after waitng another period of time (after many emails) and finally threatened to dispute the transaction with Visa they finally gave me a refund but not the full amount. I will never order from here again no matter how beautiful their rings appear.

I pay extra for shipping (3-4 business days), however orders take too long in processing stage without status updates given, even when being requested a week or more after the order has been placed. As this continues to happen, I'll no longer purchase from this company in the future. I don't know of anyone who pays their money for a product, okay with being ignored by a merchant.
They falsely advertise their silver is real 925 silver. It's not. The authenticity certificates are also fake. If you've ever bought from them before, I suggest you look at your authenticity certificate and email the company that's specified on it.
I purchased my wife 3 different rings, the first time she wore one of them 2 blue stones fell out. When we read the warranty there was a 1 year warranty on the product. After contacting customer service we were told it would cost $ 35. In order to replace the ring. Stay away from this company and its product. Sincerely a Very disappointed and X customer
