First off this company has a US address, I ordered a 3 piece stacked band for a Christmas gift. I ordered beginning of December and received January 6.1 of the 3 rings were missing I also asked for engraving and paid extra? No Engraving no 3rd ring customer service responds every 3-4 days with no resolve.
This company is located in China! Buyer Beware they suck.

I totally love the ring set i bought from this store, I just got engaged and we needed something beautiful and affordable, fortunately for me, i found the perfect ring set. It looks exactly like real diamonds, nobody can tell that it isn't real diamonds except i tell them myself. No complaints so far, no issues with the stone falling off and it didn't irritate my skin... Glad i found this place, i will definitely recommend to others

SO. I ordered 2 bands for my husband and I. I wanted to try out an eternity band to see if I'll like wearing it before spending thousands on a diamond band. Anyways, I purchased the rings before reading all of these reviews and got so nervous! I called and emailed Italo and they responded very quickly, explaining exactly how long it will take to receive the rings. Shortly after receiving an email with the tracking #, I was able to see every move the rings were making. They did ship from Hong Kong, but I got the rings 2 days later! Both rings were PERFECT. They are both heavy, the stones sparkle just as bright as my diamond, and the gold tone is perfect. I am so happy with these rings! (I did pay extra for the 3-5 days shipping)

I ordered a 3 ring set from Italo, and it arrived with a missing stone. I notified the company about this, and they requested to see a photo of the ring with the missing stone. I promptly submitted a photo showing the damaged item. Since that time, despite my repeated attempts to contact Italo through phone, chat, and multiple messages, I have never again received any response from them. I am unable to get a human on the phone, or via chat. Also, since notifying Italo of the missing stone in the item I received, an additional stone has fallen out. I am very disappointed in the customer service offered by this company. I hope that by leaving this review, they will take note, and contact me regarding a replacement of my damaged purchase.

Don't buy from these people! This is not a real company of fine jewelry. Located in china!
The ring I ordered didn't look like the one in the picture, the quality was very poor looked like plastic. I sent out an email that I wanted to return the ring same day I received it. They take forever to reply, it took a month of emails before they agreed I return the item and gave me the address to which I should send it.
They deduct 10$ from shipping to you and when you ship back you also pay from your own pocket!

The eternity band that I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. Quality is amazing and shipping was quick. Will definitely be ordering again from this company. Also the customer service is awesome, very quick at responding

Be aware! If you decide to return your parcel, they will deduct their shipping cost to you. In my case it was $20, although it said that the shipping was free. They shipped it via HDL, that I never asked for. Be careful.

Awful customer service! I returned a ring and did NOT receive a refund. Months of communication. This seems to be the most underhanded business. Shop Ítalo Jewelry at your own peril. I've never experienced a worse shopping experience.

I ordered earring on Nov. 7, today is Dec. 10, but I still don't received my order.
First they didn't do anything for 2 weeks, so I contact with them and they said they gonna ship. After few days, finally I got shipping information by email. It was 2 weeks ago, I still don't get it.

Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Was not at all as described so I wanted to return it. I followed their return process exactly and they ignored me. I requested an RMA four times. Finally they sent me a vague email full of misspellings that contained no RMA number. I repackaged my items exactly as they had come, returned them using USPS priority mail with tracking (as requested) and then never heard anything from Italo. No refund, no communication. Again, I started emailing their "customer service" address and after sending three messages and waiting a week, I was told that unless I could provide a tracking number they could not process my refund. No legitimate business operates this way. Italo is a Chinese scam selling cheap glass. Avoid at all costs.

You get what you pay for, but these rings, for fake ones, aren't cheap. You can get the same quality on amazon for 20 bucks. Forget about returning it, you'll be paying more for that than the item itself. I really was hoping these were better quality, but they are absolutely awful and look nothing like their web site. A total disappointment. I'd be happy if one person read this review and decided to spend their money elsewhere. Total junk.

I sent the items back within their return policy. I have never received my refund. I am currently speaking with the BBB regarding this company. There are other reputable online companies besides Italo to choose from.
