Ordered a ring from this Hong Kong based website and USPS tracking shows it never made it past US Customs. It was weeks past delivery date, so I contacted Customer Service 3 different times. Each time, they only kept asking me to please waiting longer. I finally just requested a full refund, and they refused. Said it was not their fault so a refund is not an option. So I guess to this company, the customer should pay for a product that was never received.
They first offered to send me another ring as long as I paid for it. What! I didn't receive the first ring I ordered! Why would I pay for a second? THEN they reluctantly offered to send me one for free, but it would arrive FOUR MONTHS after I placed my first order. As I was not ok with either of these options, I asked for a full refund, and they said I could dispute my credit card company but they won't issue a refund to me. This company lacks all common sense and business sense. Buyer Beware as you will lose your money.

I lost the diamond from my wedding ring. I wanted something to wear until mine is repaired. It is way too big and now I cannot get them to respond to my emails. Of course, they are in China! Not happy!

But this time I was totally surprised when I got my delivery from italojewelry.com thank you for giving me such a full rounded positive experience the little stuff the small efforts the personal touch truly makes all the difference to me and makes your day-to-day life just a little brighter. Now some people may find this out look quite corny, but then Im finding out there so many more people out there like myself than I thought and the company is one of them

The "stones" look good in photos but not so much in reality. Within a few wearings, a stone fell out. Italo is not honoring the warranty, asking first for $65 to "replace" it, then $55 and today $40 but they can't make any guarantees since shipping to Hong Kong is not guaranteed. So they are not a California company after all! Don't waste your money on this junk.

I have purchased a ring and a bracelet from Italo Jewelry and both items were beautiful and very well made. The pictures show how much they sparkle and they really do. This is a safe company not a scam. Delivery time was right on time. My questions were answered very quickly. I would buy again.

The customer support was professional, and they gladly assisted me with what I needed to know. The ordered ring was delivered intact, and fits so well. Am so happy and will absolutely buy from you in future.

I purchased a standard engagement ring which looks like it came out of a gum ball machine... so fake! Very disappointed. I emailed to start the process of retuning for my refund only to revive an email stating my custom ring can't be returned due to engraving and special size!?!?! It was not engraved nor a special size unless a 5 is special. No it was listed with all the other standard sizes. Company will NOT give me a retun auth. I'm out 143$ to bad for me! So angry... ps ring was shipped from Hong Kong!

My husband ordered what was clearly shown on the website to be a beautiful wedding set for me as an anniversary gift to temporarily replace the original set stolen. I realize the order was placed just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but consistent emails/phone calls were met only with, "It's on the way." Instead of just stating that the order has not been place at all. Recommend not doing business with a retailer overseas AT ALL!
P.S. As you can read, several orders were placed several months before the pandemic!

The first issue is it takes way too long to receive their products, almost 3 weeks. Secondly, they sent wrong size. When I tried to send an e-mail (two actually); came back as mail unable to be delivered. Called and left a message. Finally someone got back to me via e-mail. They wanted me to go to a jeweler to check the size. Then they wanted me to keep the rings (even though I could not wear them) and they would give me a discount. Then they wanted me to send a photo showing the paper tags had not come off. STALL TACTICS and terrible customer service. You can tell by the content of their e-mails that English is not their first language. I think these people are Chinese rip-off artists. I finally had to contact American Express to dispute charges.

I am writing to thank you for the beautiful sapphire engagement ring I bought recently for my Fiancée. I had found your website a couple of months ago using a Google search and was pleased to finally find the gorgeous filigree ring I had been searching for in estate jewelry. When I found your site I instantly fell in love with it, the diamond and sapphire ring in white gold. I will be purchasing the companion ring soon, the curved diamond band. Eric said he received excellent and speedy service from your company -- even though he called and changed his order -- and is greatly appreciative as well. In fact, he had the ring appraised for insurance purposes, and found the ring to be worth more than he paid for it which is always a great feeling!
