Haven't received order I paid for. They keep sending emails saying they're going to express deliver. Doesn't happen. Over and over. They have my money. I have nothing!
I bought a ring for my GF, I knew what I paid and my expectations were not sky high. The ring came in< it looked great, gave it to my GF and within a week, 2 stones fell out. I contacted Italo who said I could send it to them WITH $40 and they would take care of it? I said your product fell apart in 10 days and you want me to pay you more money to correct that? Bottom line, after going back and forth over and over, Italo will do nothing unless I pay them.
I purchased the Engagement ring for myself. It is a very beautiful ring and fits me perfect. I am pleased with the product overall. I like the fact that it is sterling silver and sapphire look like diamonds. I cannot tell the difference between the two. It is not too overpowering and looks great on my ring finger. I wear it with a diamond wedding band and cannot tell the diamonds on my band from the sapphire on the engagement ring. I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this ring to anyone who does not want to spend a ton of money on diamonds, because these look just like diamonds.

Buyers beware! This company is not in the US and merchandise box is stamped from Hong Kong and China. This company does not honor their return policy as stated on their website and will refuse to give you a refund. They have an F rating with the BBB in the US. They sent me two different sized rings verified by a US jeweler, one having a large gap as pictured due to poor design. They then refused to give me a refund even after providing photographic evidence. I had to pay personally to return the ring even though their website claims they cover returns in the event of faulty merchandise. Once they received my return they issued a partial refund and made a bogus claim it was to cover shipping fees, when their website advertises free shipping. I have had to send 20+ emails and still not received my money back. Do not waist your time or money dealing with this company!

Purchased two items, an "alleged" pink sapphire ring and a pink and purple sapphire necklace. Took over 3 weeks to actually receive them and neither purchase was even close to what was portrayed on their web site. The ring was hardly even pink and the stones in the necklace, while they had nice color, were miniscule in size and looked totally lost on the necklace. At nearly $200, there are far better options at other places.
The ring is of good quality and all the stones are secure. I have received a lot of compliments so far and I'm glad I didn't have to pay more than double the price for the exact same ring. At less I have made some savings buying from Italo Jewelry. For sure, I will be buying more and even recommend them to my friends.
This company is based out of China, says they'll refund your money easy returns, they've received their merchandise back and I've been waiting 15 Days. They won't respond to PayPal they want me to cancel the dispute but they still won't send the money back... They have blocked me on Facebook snd Instagram and will not respond to emails.
Delivery was as expected. There are no complaints about the quality or size of the product. Everything looked; the ring shines and looked pretty good, fits well and arrived in good condition. Am totally satisfied and will highly recommended.
Through Instagram I effectively communicate to the italo agent and the guidance was super. After shipment I was scared it would be different but nooo it came out looking exactly the same.

They have refused to cancel my order or refund from DAY 1! They do not honor their 30 day return policy! I tried to cancel the order before it shipped but they refused! The rings are not shipped back to them and they still refuse to refund! They are dragging their feet so they don't have to honor their own 30 day return policy! They has the audacity to ask me today "we now ask you pay us an additional $100 and we will send you new rings" VS just giving me the refund! I have asked 8 times now and they refuse! So far it's being nothing but a completely dishonest company! Do not trust them!

Items are sent late or not at all, when they do arrive the quality is rubbish. They lie about despatch dates, and you have to persist for months to get any kind of refund. At one point, they asked me if I had kept a recording of a conversation I had had where one of their staff blatantly lied to me.

I had bought this ring for my fiance and he absolutely loves it! At first, he used to take it off while working since he is a mechanic but one day he forgot and yes, for sure it does not get a scratch upon it at all. Now he doesn't even take it off any longer and it still looks pretty nice; he is very happy to have the ring!

After one month my center stone was scratched and unwearable. There was also a piece of metal protruding from the setting. After I exchanged numerous emails-they tried to make me pay the shipping and return shipping on the defective item - they finally agreed to send a replacement which I received almost 2 months later, with improperly set side stones and a loose center stone.
