This company's rings are very nice. Others I've tried from other sellers feel like plastic, these are metal and feel good. They took a while to arrive due to overseas shipping but for the price and quality it is well worth it.

Seriously, I'd give 10 stars if I could! My personalized necklace came exactly as I ordered it and was even more beautiful in person, and I received it way sooner than expected. It also came with a cute little gift bag, a mini blank card to fill out when giving as a gift, a cleaning wipe, and a business card with a hand written note - seriously such great customer service and I'll definitely be ordering from you again :)

Positive reviews are posted by Italo "company" in broken english. Italo is a "company" from China that is unable to communicate properly via email and phone. "Customer service" also delays responses by weeks or don't respond at all. Gems come out easily on multiple items. My credit card company had to reimburse my money in a dispute because Italo was unresponsive in communications with me and my credit card company in returning money for an item they never sent but charged for. Their items look pretty, but won't last and you won't get your money back on any returns. They will also respond in broken, unrecognizable english, if they respond at all. BEWARE!

So incredibly disappointed with my purchase. Purchased earrings in November. According to the website I would receive them in plenty of time for Christmas. Almost a month goes by, still hasn't shipped. So I realize they won't arrive before I go away for Christmas, so I cancel my order. Shouldn't be a problem, they haven't shipped yet. Well the very next day magically they ship. A day after I try and cancel. I email them again, saying how this is a coincidence. I am away for Christmas and the package arrives, but because no signature is required for delivery, they are left at my front door. I am out of town. Package stolen. Have been going back and forth with them, and they'd like me to repay the $20 shipping and they will send me new earrings and won't allow me to return to get a refund. So I'm just out $150. Very disappointing.

I had to fight through PayPal for a refund. Seller kept trying to make me pay more to keep items. They have return addresses all over the US but label underneath US label was an address in China. AWFUL experience. Stay away!
Please be aware that if you are ordering from the U.S., you will not be able to return your item if you don't like it. I am now stuck with an $80 ring that is a piece of junk. I would not have ordered from them if I knew returning the item would be so difficult and expensive. So really, consider this a "no returns allowed" "all sales are final" kind of company. And from what I received, the jewelry is not that great. Very disappointed and wanting to move on from this expensive mistake.

I purchased 2 beautiful bands. Within a couple of weeks stones started falling out. They replaced them and the stones fell out of those as well. Then I asked for a refund and they will not give a refund unless it has never been worn and in the original condition never washed. When I tried to do their survey. It would not let me post. This company has the worst customer service. Beautiful product but very cheaply made.

I usually don't go for eternity styles because they're not comfortable for me, but this one is! It's not bulky on the finger, even though it basically takes the whole of it there. The design and stone pattern is really pretty. It sparkles just enough to where you get that nice crystal look without it looking like an obviously fake ring. I was looking for something to wear when I can't wear my actual ring and this fits the bill. It'll be my right hand ring when I'm wearing my wedding set. I am pleasantly and happily surprised that I was able to find this for such a specific purpose and the price is phenomenal. I can't speak to the wear and tear since it was delivered just now, but I will update.
So after ordering from this site, I felt off so I did some checking and found out that this company is in China. After 2 months this of lies and waiting, I received my 2 pieces of jewelry. Then spent more on the packaging then the items themselves. It was so fake and crappy looking I had to laugh at myself for being so stupid. Save your money ladies bc this company is pure crap.
I wore this maybe a handful of times and the stones fell out. This is like the 3rd piece of jewelry from here that I had fall apart. I don't wear them all day, or do anything vigorous, that would cause the stones to come loose. Their warranty is not what they lead you to be. They want you to pay the shipping costs for their defected items to get replaced or fixed. Customer service is as bad as their jewelry!
