So many excuses from customer services that this company does not want repeat business at all. I told them in the end to keep their money.
I got charged 109 euro for Italo not sending the package according to international shipping directions. Which is almost as much as the item I purchased. But what made it worse was the quality of the product. Stone was so bad it made me laugh. I would have priced it at 20 EURO from some pop-up store.
I really dont understand the positive reviews being given here.
ALSO - facebook has no negative reviews. They are deleting 90% of all the negative comments.

Ring is obviously cheap as it is not real. $141.17 CAD is too much for an eternity band that I got and it is not even gold.
I also made a mistake of reading only reviews on their website which is obviously has been picked and chosen by Italo jewellery. I also didn't realized this comes from China in which case I would have not bothered to order at all. I also paid for $20 for fast delivery but when shipment arrived in canada I had to pay $26.99 more to DHL for duties and fees which was not disclosed at the time of order. So free shipping means you will be paying duties and taxes.
I am never ever ordering anything again for them.
Do not buy from this company they will not stand by their 1 yr warranty on defective manufacturing products. Had my ring for 4 months a setting fell out (obvious manufacturing setting) but they want me to send them more money... nope. Buyer beware!
Dreadful service- promised rings in place of a refund due... silly me believed what they put in writing... nothing has ever been sent and they do not reply to emails. Based on this experience I cannot trust or recommend this company at all. Please do not fall not their same trap.

This group is vile, they could care less about making things right. Stone fell out of the ring, and the necklace turned a bright brass color. If you are smart and want something like this look at Fantasy Jewels. But do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them
I gave this company more than one chance. My ring sets were a real disappointment. One arrived notably different from that which was pictured on the website. Then, on the more expensive set, stones fell out within hours of the first wear. Terribly disappointing. Although they did respond, communication with customer service was strained at best, and at times poor. I asked to return the ring with missing stones for a refund. They refused. I had to have help from PayPal to get it resolved. If not for them, I would have lost my money! The website claims the company has a California, USA headquarters, it's FALSE! When I tried to make arrangements for return, they wanted it sent to China. Which is very expensive. I wouldn't buy from them again.
I bought the canary yellow ring… it was not canary as in yellow but more like citrine. Way too dark. Policy is everything is returnable. Unmmm not so easy, on my third request after other offers made to keep or exchange, I still haven't received the return information. Next step is contacting the credit card company for dispute.
Buyer beware: you will never get your money back. I have emailed well within the 30 day window requesting a return authorization. I keep getting emails back asking if I want to receive free earrings, discounts, etc. in exchange for keeping the rings that do not fit and I have no use for. I have pleaded with them that I will not exchange or take any offers and I just want a refund. They still email back (days later mind you so this process takes forever) offering some other bogus promo in order to not take the rings back. I'm not sure how you can advertise a hassle free return process and then hassle your customers until the hopefully just give up? There is no phone number for customer service, so you're stuck in this email limbo. Horrible company

Bought an eternity ring and within 6 months a stone fell out, I barely wear the ring due to my job so it had warranty within a year when I contacted the company they said just send in $50.00 and will send you a new ring, mind you I paid $80.00 so not sure how that warranty work, what a scam never will I buy from this company again

I purchased 3 rings at the same time that were not the correct size. 27 emails between Feb 28 and now, I sent rings back and still have not received a refund. Every excuse, requirement, difficulty they could muster. I'm out about $350. Sleezy business!
I purchased a ring which was beautiful and beautifully packaged. But after having it for ONLY about 2 months... a stone fell out. Not happy. I contacted the company, they got back to me in a couple of days. In short... in order for them to send me a replacement I had to pay them $20.00. So I did but I am NOT HAPPY about it. Though their jewelry appears to be beautiful, it is cheaply made.
Throw away jewelery. Five stones fell out of the ring. Italo jewelry customer service gave me the run around before finally offering to replace it if I paid $20 for shipping. Amazon sells the same ring for much less.
Durable and robust ring for those who work with their hands or who are rough on things. Bought this ring because I work outside with my hands. It prevents from callus and if there is any accidents that involve hand, this ring will not need to be broken off nor will it get stuck anywhere that could put my finger in a dangerous position. Am absolutely happy with the purchase.
In case you miss the fine print in their shipping section, they take up to 3 weeks to ship items out and then another week for the item to arrive. Requests to cancel the order have been met with unclear emails trying to talk their way around the issue. Very dishonest company and I'm afraid the items will be even worse given what little integrity I am seeing with their customer service.
I received the ring and it looked beautiful. We used it to get married in October and in December 3 of the stones have fallen out. It is very disappointing as I took very good care of the ring, never wearing it to bed or even showering. I realize we did not spend a fortune for this ring, but one would expect it to last longer than 2 months. Save your money, there are other more reputable places to purchase jewelry than an company in China.

Two weeks waiting on my order but today I received an email today from the company with a tracking number but stating UPS can't deliver because I didn't pickup my phone. I've never ever had this issue. I called back the number and I specifically asked her where was she? She stated California. She barely spoke English and had a hard time understanding me.
