Adore Me makes shopping for underwear, lingerie & more, easy. There is a good amount of variety in styles and sizes. The quality is usually pretty good and the sizing accurate. Customer service is responsive and the return process easy.

Overall my experience has been great with my orders over the years. There have been a few concerns here and there, but they've always been promptly addressed.

The underwear I ordered I received them. I washed them and after washing them as of right now 2 pair of them have frayed at the stitching at the bottom. I am not impressed with the stitching fraying like that.

I'm limited what I can purchase when I purchase is in sets and has to be thong style bottom which limits. More options for matches bras to panties

Products are pretty hit or miss, but the items I love, I REALLY love. Sizing seems a little wonky. But the thing that drives me crazy is how long it takes to ship items. It will be what makes me cancel my membership.

I've been a 32C for years, and fit well into their unlined or t-shirt bras, but this time I tried a push-up, and it was all wrong. The band was a bit tight, and the cups were huge. I expected a padded cup, but did not expect major gapping, as if the size was marked wrong. This bra is unwearable.

Took about 3 weeks from order date to delivery date. Got an email that my order was delayed in shipping & stayed that way for about a week. Not much tracking information was provided, which is a little frustrating. But I do absolutely love everything I ordered. Everything is beautifully made & fit me well upon trying on. I always love Adore Me for the high quality pieces & size inclusivity.
