The worst customer service, they put you on hold forever, and when they come to the phone they are soo rude, and not willing to help!+ they hire this delivery company lasership who never find my address and putted on their system the packages as delivery but they never deliver the packages!
I was not able to pay with any of my 2 credit cards, 1 debit and pay pal even that i wait 2 days and login again. The message is allways the same "you poayment was refused" when you call customer service they say cannot charge you on the phone. So how the $#*! do i pay then, in the mean time the deals get out of stock
Is Adidas.com China bases. When I buy adidas suits out of Macy's and Dillard's the material is thick and with high quality, but when they send me suits from adidas.com, the material is thin like it's made in China. Therefore I will not order from adidas.com anymore.

Terrible decision at their AAU basketball tournament to kick the competent female referee out of the game instead of LaVar Ball who got the technical foul. Has a ref ever been kicked out for anything, even for a very bad call (which this was not)? Some say it was embarrassing to her, nope, it's extremely embarrassing for adidas. They need to publically apologize to the referee. I'm not buying adidas until then.
Adidas is a very popular brand. They offer high quality products, but they sometimes come with a high price. Too high if you ask me. One jacket can cost a few hundred dollars/euros/pounds. Some models of shoes are too overhyped and the prices from resellers are absurdly high. If you want for an instance Yeezy Boost sneakers (350 V1/V2; 750), you will have to either buy them from an Adidas store, but they run out of stock immediately, or you can buy them from a reseller way overpriced. Adidas as a brand is highly used by athletes, public figures, people from all over the globe. But their high prices can turn somebody away from them and that somebody can consider a different brand instead of Adidas.
I ordered a pair of d rose shoes for my son. My credit card was charged then 5 days later my card was credited then a day later... it was charged half of the price of the shoes then the following day the remainder was charged to my card. This makes absolutely no sense to me at all and causes confusion when keeping track of my charges. I will not order from this company again. I was very disappointed.
Recently bought a pair of Adidas forum low's, and they are one of the most comfortable and fitting pair of adidas sneakers I have ever bought. And I have bought plenty in my lifetime. Adidas has always been my favorite sneaker brand and after this recent purchase, it seems like they are only getting better and better.

I ordered 4D runner shoes from Adidas web site. They sent me totally different shoes. When I spoke to customer care they said they don't have the size I ordered. This is ridiculous. I paid for shipping and they said we didn't charge for shipping. I sent them a proof. I wasted my time. Looking for shoes and order it and got different shoes and now it is my hassle to return it and look for another shoe. Their customer service is very rude. They didn't apologies once for the mistake. I bought a jacket from adidas and it came exactly as it was shown on screen but the delivery of the product could have been quicker. Adidas send me both emails notifying me of when my product was dispatched and when it bought.
If you know EXACTLY what will fit you then go for it because they certianly have decent product with a contempory edge. Beyhond that it's a nightmare. What should have been a simple exchange was long wait times on the phone, online chat just as long stating 30 people in front of me. Requested an exchange for a shoe. Needed womens 8.5. Took company over 14 days to acknowledge they even received the product in house for exchange. When they sent my exchange they sent me the wrong product. They sent me a mens 8.5 which equates to a womens 9.5. I am back in line with 22 customers in front of me which will be another 30+ minutes waiting.
I use your website quite often and feel like it would be easier to manage my orders and find products if you modernized your technology like Gillette has on their website. Their chatbot is super easy to navigate.

Company promises FREE Return while placing the order, But at the end customer have to bear courier charges.
Company has asked for self return as their courier partner (blue dart) has declined return pickup request twice. But in that self return request mail from company side didn't mention how much courier charges will be approved for refund. So, i have returned my product with rs. 550 courier charges & Mailed them courier charges receipt. Now they are saying that maximum courier charges rs. 200 will be approved and as my courier charges is more than rs. 200 so, it won't be approved and I will not eligible for courier charges refund.

The person name Sakshi said that the order was not placed due to fluctuations of the pricing which is truly unfair.The website has a price list of Rs 5699 and the app has a price list of Rs 7699. No more trust to adidas India.
Okay, let me start with stating that your companies shoes are ugly and will always be ugly. Some big $#*! boat looking shoes. There must be a lot of fat ugly feet to have to fit in these. Your company will be over thrown by better shoes that aren't boat looking. The designs are terrifyingly ugly.
I have ton of gym T-Shirts but non of them have the quality of my breathable fabric(Like Nike's dri fit, sorry) adidas, which are my favorites. They are comfortable, with great design and outstanding quality as I use them a lot and they always remain intact

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
