Buyer beware. Read all the reviews and ordered my size. EQT Primegreen Spikeless golf shoes. Not true! They run small and narrow. Tried to exchange them for a larger size but I'm denied this option. Learned that you can't after 30 days. Bought in February and meant to exchange but forgot to. Now it's golf season and past 30 days and it's my tough luck. Customer service says sorry! $80 down the drain. Not asking for my money back... just an exchange. Last time I purchase from Adidas or one of their products!
So, Adidas supports anti-semitism. Even if this company drops Kanye now, it will be because of the backlash- not because they are willing to stand up for what is right. No more Adidas products for our family.
If i can rate it a zero i would. Customer service is terrible i dont know why they are wmployed if they can not do anything. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes and fedex never found the package. Called adidas and its been a week since thier system is down and cannot refund yet you can still purchase online how does that make sense. Easily to take your money but not to do refunds? Pathetic. Do not buy from adidas.com you will have a hige struggle. I will call everyday to get my money back!
I ordered a pair of Adria Low shoes on Thursday, and the site says that it will ship it out (and notify when it ships it out) the same day if you order it before 12 pm. It's now Wednesday and I have got no notification on whether or not the item has shipped. Also, I tried to contact them two days ago, and they said they'd get back to be within 24 hours, and they have not.
Hopefully they're just bad at updating online, and I'm hoping that I'll end up receiving the shoes in the 4-7 day timeline they assure.
Brand Adidas I previously did not consider as a decent and good brand, now I have changed my mind to 360. I like both shoes of this brand and clothes. The shoes are comfortable, long-wearing, good quality. Clothing is also nice quality and great to wear. Prices are affordable and customers are happy.
I have never dealt with a company that has this poor of service. I have been a customer for over 15 years, hold a creator club account and spend upwards of 1,000 / year on Adidas gear. I tried to order shoes for my daughter and they canceled the order 3 times without any notification. When I called the customer service rep was rude and offered no resolution. I tried to order a different pair of shoes and had an issue with the size. I called the customer service and the rep literally hung up on me. Shop Adidas.com if you want to be treated like crap
I was waiting for my shoes this time longer than before. Also my order was not the same as described on the website. So I hope that you will change the way you do it. And in the future, I will be more satisfied.
Bad buying experience. First I placed an order which I received after Christmas. Then I bought another shoe and Adidas canceled my order, I don't know why. About the first order, I exchanged the shoe I had bought for my husband as a Christmas present, in short until today after a month, we have not received the exchange (same shoe with a different size) and no response from the company justifying the delay. The status when consulted was always the same. Bad experience, I don't intend to go through it again. I already canceled the order, and bought another shoe (reputable and competing brand), which I will receive in 3 days. But remembering that it was my husband's Christmas present. Thank you Adidas for destroying my gift and making me waste my time.
I order Adidas World Cup soccer ball. All the glue came out change of shape. Can't use it no more they told me as six months warranty. Right there in a bowl says two years warranty change of shape of ball. They don't want to admit it give me another soccer ball. Worst customer service don't ever order from them. I called many times they don't help they don't care they are the worst the worse.
I ordered superstar shoes with black stripes on teh sides. They were delivered quickly, the prices was exactly the one presented on the site. I've already trid them and can say they are very comfortable and light.
Have an order with a "problem". I don't know what the problem is. It didn't ship on time for the "expected" delivery window. So I contact Customer Service. Service is a bad name. They can give you no more information than you can see on the web site yourself. AND if you ask to escalate the issue to someone else so you can find out what is going on with it, you get "we can't contact the warehouse, we can't give you any answers, and no, we have no way to bring it up to someone else". Then they try and tell you to be patient. Dude, I have gotten half of my order, where is the other half? But no one can tell you that. All they can do is tell you that they have no way to do anything that is actually helpful.
Ordered online. They NEVER sent a tracking number but immediately took out my money. I went to the site and my account to find tracking. On one place on the site it shows shoes are delivered, but the day and time are when I was there and no items were dropped off. But in another place on the same site the tracking still shows that the shipping label was made and no further information available yet. Called customer service and they are not helpful at all. She was clueless and even admitted it wasn't shipped and she would notify the warehouse. A week later still no change in tracking and still no shoes. I will NEVER by anything Adidas again. I am still waiting to get my money back from them...
If I could rate Adidas a negative rating I would! Their return policy, their refund policy, their customer service, is all some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a hoodie and exchanged it. It's taking over 1 month to receive a new sized hoodie. Corporate greed at its finest! Multi-billion dollar company can't refund an item and make you wait over a month? I love Adidas, but now I hope everything they own burns to the ground. Haha $#*! Adidas! Stupid $#*!s.
I had purchased a shoe from Adidas and in a months time it got ripped. Raised a complaint but got No response from Service Team and finally had to throw away that shoe. Do not buy Adidas shoes its all fake it seems
Had to wait on line for a hour the 1st time and I asked if he could hold and hung up on me. The 2nd time called I was on hold for a hour and 20 minutes. All you ever hear from every company is they don't have enough help because of covid. I think covid is just a scape goat anymore for a answer for companies to suck. Then asked about my return which they can see their tracking and told I had to wait. My 1st order was suppose to ship and sent a email saying it was delayed. All I hear is excuses. For aidias being a million dollar company. I'm sure they are horrible. Guess you can be when we keep ordering from them. Sad isn't it.

I think that adidas is one of the best online shops for buying sportswear. In my company we have special discounts with adidas product and the quality is amazing. The user experience is also great. I would definitely recommnend it.

Adidas is a well-known European brand. Adidas products are clothes, shoes, bags and backpacks. All products are of very high quality and good. Price for the goods is affordable, corresponds to the product. I'm glad there are such good brands.
4 weeks after ordering limited edition products, the only form of communication by adidas about them was the cancellation of the order. 600€ of limited edition products were returned to warehouse without any notice and their only solution is to return my money and I have to accept that the limited edition products I will never be able to buy again are now gone.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
