I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers on Saturday, estimated delivery August 18, arrived August 15. Sorry, but not happy, Because I am not at home and fedex was not able to deliver.
There was another package from Adidas scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. They do not give you a window, it is from 8AM to 8PM. I wanted to pick it up at a fedex location, but was told by Fedex, that the shipper adidas put a restriction on the package for rerouting. Saturday I called Adidas and was told not true.
Today I called Fedex and was again told there was a rerouting restriction on the package. I called Adidas and held for 45 minutes, no customer sevice picked up. Out of desperation went to chat, something I dislike, but, surprise, surprise, the chat was busy too. I received a message to message later.
Adidas, please get more customer service help. No way to get through to a human for 45 minutes is very annoying. To hold for 45 minutes, with no response is unacceptable.
On Saturday, after a 20 minute or so hold a recording came on and I was disconnected. Adidas, please get your act together to match the quality of customer service to the quality of your footwear.
Your service is very very bad... I will never ever buy anything from you I've been waiting for my order for a month now and when I phone you, you keep on saying wait wait you don't even want to give me my refund.
Adidas is a well-known European brand. Adidas products are clothes, shoes, bags and backpacks. All products are of very high quality and good. Price for the goods is affordable, corresponds to the product. I'm glad there are such good brands.
I tried to return a product in the the that I received online! The store employee were rude and dismissive! He told me unless I was exchanging the product, they'll have to send it back online. I've been waiting 32 days for a refund to get approved! Management on line informed me it'll be an additional 21 business days! That 2 months for a refund! Overall customer service sucks!
Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN******* with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to contantly call customer care regularly and they give different execuses and don't reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still ididn't got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully passed quality check and mentioned as returned and refunded soon in social campaigning saw many other had the same issue so much panicked so request you to resolve my case as soon as possible already its been more than 13 days

Company promises FREE Return while placing the order, But at the end customer have to bear courier charges.
Company has asked for self return as their courier partner (blue dart) has declined return pickup request twice. But in that self return request mail from company side didn't mention how much courier charges will be approved for refund. So, i have returned my product with rs. 550 courier charges & Mailed them courier charges receipt. Now they are saying that maximum courier charges rs. 200 will be approved and as my courier charges is more than rs. 200 so, it won't be approved and I will not eligible for courier charges refund.
This company has become a total joke! First I go into the store well they aren't allowed to carry any shoes in stock over a size 10.5. Then I order them wake up and they canceled my order due to low stock. So go into a chat that evening and was assured they do have them will let me order them and have them boxed up and ready to ship to me so I did. I wake up it's canceled again called this time first guy said they are out of stock I said how can this be he said idk but we don't have any more sir is that all you needed have a good day click, next woman wasn't any better just nicer talking. We will get it to an escalation team they will be contacting you shortly nothing for a week still. This company is a total joke and wouldn't wish this level of total disregard for their customers on any company or consumers.
Adidas is a top sports brand in my opinion dedicated to sustainability while creating cool, and high quality products. Whether it is running Shoes, apparel or soccer balls, you know Adidas will always deliver top quality products. As a soccer fan, I really like how Adidas is committed to the sport in every level from supporting communities in the developing countries to sponsorships at top competition level. Great brand for everyone regardless of age, income level or background.
This is the $#*!test customer experience I ever have. I got the wrong shoe size and want to exchange it, so I sent it to Fedx. After a week, the shoes come back, and it's the exact same shoes.
I decided to go to the store to exchange directly, but first, the system threw an error when I tried to log in. Second, I wanted to modify my shoe size again, and they told me the system cannot be overwritten by them so I need to call the customer service myself.
I called the service after waiting through extremely complicated menu, but no one picked up after forever. I asked them what else I can do and they said I would need to figure things out myself because online service was different. I couldn't refund there and needed to take my shoes back.

Brand Adidas I previously did not consider as a decent and good brand, now I have changed my mind to 360. I like both shoes of this brand and clothes. The shoes are comfortable, long-wearing, good quality. Clothing is also nice quality and great to wear. Prices are affordable and customers are happy.

Typical wholesaler thinking retailing is simply and opportunity to collect double margin... But Holly Cow... Adidas.com is horrible at handling anything that is atypical, compounding this is Adidas' poor choice of delivery companies... LaserShip in particular. Google review recently characterized LaserShip as "... possible the most hated company on the internet.". I am here to tell you that is not hyperbole... The folks at LaserShip are criminals, plain and simple. Zero customer service, Zero contact, absolutely unresponsive and they lie.
If they offered an option to pay for shipping and allow the customer to choose a vendor my experiences would have been better. By not allowing me to avoid the thieves at LaserShip Adidas becomes 100% responsible for the HORRIBLE service and thefts that I experienced.

I returned item... they received it on 4/19... they didnt have another size to exchange so they said they will refund me... called multiple times since then questioning my return... 6/14/22... called again... says they will escalate to supervisor but takes 10-12 business days... ANOTHER MONTH? I will never ever buy adidas again...
Adidas does not care about their customers. My package was lost/delivered to the wrong address by lasership. I have been waiting a week to get a refund and talk to a supervisor and nobody is doing anything. The shipping company sent them an email confirming I never received my package and that's not good enough for adidas. They told me a supervisor would contact 24-48 hours and it's been an entire week. Anytime I call they're too busy and now my email is blocked from their customer service because apparently it's bad to continue emailing them when I have yet to receive any help. I've never had such a bad experience with a company before. I used to love this company but this makes me never want to buy from them again. They are careless and all they want is money.
I have a complaint with your Adidas branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Avenue Mall branch, and this complaint caused me embarrassment in front of people, as well as with my wife, on the night of Eid. The story is as follows. I bought pants via the card and the amount was deducted from my account. With the reference number and I have all the proof of messages between me and Adidas, and after contacting my bank, it was also found that the amount was deducted from my account, and Adidas did not believe this. After waiting for more than a month, the bank deducted an amount of 3.770bd Bahraini fees. The procedure is correct and the amount is in the Adidas account. The Arab Bank, in which my account is confirmed by the Central Bank, confirmed that the amount is 29.780 in the account of the Adidas Avenue Mall Bahrain branch. I promised her that I would give it to her on the morning of Eid, but that did not happen, and I saw in front of the branch's customers and the captains that the card was free of money, and this is very annoying. I was shipped a package on 4-29-22. I sent it right back due to being too small. It arrived back at adidas ON 5-6-22, I am still waiting on my refund from them. All they can say every time you talk to them is that the product can take 21 days in inspection. WHAT KIND OF HUGE SHOE LINE DOES THIS? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
I had been a loyal adidas customer from years. I ordered 2 pairs of adidas shoes and had to return them cause they didn't fit good. Adidas confirmed the reception of the shoes and informed me that they would refund however, almost a year now and multiple emails later, I still haven't received a legitimate response from their team, let alone the refund. This is extremely shameful from a reputable(not anymore) brand like adidas.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
