Typical wholesaler thinking retailing is simply and opportunity to collect double margin... But Holly Cow... Adidas.com is horrible at handling anything that is atypical, compounding this is Adidas' poor choice of delivery companies... LaserShip in particular. Google review recently characterized LaserShip as "... possible the most hated company on the internet.". I am here to tell you that is not hyperbole... The folks at LaserShip are criminals, plain and simple. Zero customer service, Zero contact, absolutely unresponsive and they lie.
If they offered an option to pay for shipping and allow the customer to choose a vendor my experiences would have been better. By not allowing me to avoid the thieves at LaserShip Adidas becomes 100% responsible for the HORRIBLE service and thefts that I experienced.

Tip for consumers:
a work around to help avoid the thievery that I experienced at LaserShip.. Require a signature. You can add this after you receive a track number for the order.

The selection, website, chat and phone support are horrible.
Good thing you have very little competition, I bet if you did your service would be much better. I have been a customer for 20 years... next time I need tires I will not look at tire rack first.

WF's latest "update" is truly laughable... Not even close to the older version in depth of data easily available... its a match for the snotty passive aggressive notCustomer Service...
