I like it very much. At the beginning I tried it with some doubts, because I don't like sports brands, my sister persuaded me to do that. If you has seen my face you would have laughed.
Great appearance and lots of compliments but nothing beat the comfort. Standard Ultraboost fits a little snug but these are more accommodating for my wide foot.
Let me just say 1 star is generous - I'd give 0 if possible. Ahhh, I wish I'd listened to the reviews! Genuinely shocked at how awful of a service Adidas provides, given they are such a global brand. Ordered a pair of personalised mi-adidas sliders for my partners birthday. 7 weeks later and they are nowhere to be found. The delivery company they use are horrific. Despite spending multiple days at home from work to wait for the parcel, they never attempted delivery. But when checking the site they always said they had!? Weeks of arguing, they then send the shoes back to Germany?! Then Adidas fails to respond to any emails. Speaking to a different representative every time, so having to re-explain. Then to be told that they had apparently been delivered? Even though the previous representative told me they were still in Germany? Sounds like they're lying because they'd lost my parcel. Of which I paid over £70 for. Absolute JOKE of a service. Will never ever ever buy a single thing from them again. And will go to great efforts to deter anybody else from doing so. Awful service. No refund. Unhappyyyyyy customer to say the least. Please don't waste your time. Buy from a brand that values their customers.
One of the worst sites to order, it says FREE retrurns and EXPEDITED shipping but once I made the order I received an email saying it could 4-6 WEEKS WITH NO RETURNS for a customized jersey. If you guys are going to take that long why do you make EXPEDITED SHIPPING in your site or make the information available only after a customer pays hard earned money. Dont cheat people to earn money. I called within 5 minutes to cancel the order but the corporate office says they cant do it. When you have such bad customer service how do you even plan to survive in this industry. I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever buy from www.adidas.com.

I bought a pair of shoes with expideted delivery (1-2 days), i paid $15 extra and the tracking order says it will arrive friday (5 days after purchase).
I place an order of well over $100 before tax, shipping, etc. during their cyber Monday sale. Some of my items instantly had a shipping delay and I was notified. That's fine - I understand COVID is hampering the shipping industry. That's not the real issue, because those items appeared only a day after they were scheduled to. My problem is that one item, scheduled to arrive dec. 6th, has not even been received by the shipping company. Not only that, but the item seems to now be sold out on their website. They've already taken the money from my account, which is even more strange, because they charged this item separately (and the money came out of my account for said item a few days before the money for the others). When contacting customer service, they asked me to provide 10 business days for processing, yet the shipping option I selected said 3-5 days for processing (7-10 days for arrival), and the original customer support agent said it would be no longer that 3-5 days for processing and that I would get an email update shortly (it's nearly a week later). I feel that they're prolonging telling me that they've made an error, after they've taken my money and made sure I've missed out on all other website's cyber Monday offers. To top it all off, the chat agent took 10+ minutes to respond and had no real answers, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and continued to repeat herself without offering any sort of solution or reassurance. I will never be ordering from Adidas.com again.

Worst online shopping experience EVER!
I have been a HUGE fan of ADIDAS shoes and clothing for years. My boyfriend is an even bigger fan so I thought a gift card would be perfect! He wears a size 14 shoe so it is hard to shop in the store. In June he ordered two pairs of shoes using the gift card and his credit card. Worst online purchasing experience EVER. The shoes arrived quickly, unfortunately it was a completely different order. Wrong shoes wrong size. We sent them back right away and I called customer service to see if I could just do an exchange for the correct order. Nope, they only do returns but said they would mark the account so we could re-order without having to pay extra. After about three week we hadn't heard anything and the charges hadn't been refunded. When we called to see what was going on they had a hard time finding the return, and there were no notes. They then informed us that it may take another billing cycle (an additional 30 days) to receive the refund. It took about two weeks for the card to be refunded and about three to get a new gift card in the mail. I was so disappointed and truly wish I hadn't purchased the gift card, we will have to search for an Adidas store to use it in.

Finally won ability to buy a pair of Yeezys on the Adidas Confirmed app after numerous attempts. Adidas sent then to me via TForce Logistics who apparently lost or stole them. Adidas solution? Just gave me a refund and not a replacement. Unbelievably bad service. STOP USING T-FORCE TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT!
I buy the best sneakers only here. In fact, it is one of those brands that deserves attention not only because of advertising but also because of reasonable prices and product quality.
I`m buying Adidas clothing at my local store near to my house. The overall experience is quite good, everything is of good quality and rather long-lasting. I think its a good choice
I ordered a couple pairs of shorts through Adidas.com and a few days later received them as expected. I realized immediately after opening the packaging that one of the pairs still had a security device on it. When I called customer service to see about getting this resolved they told me I could either return the product or go to the nearest store (2 hours round trip to an outlet store). When I asked why they couldn't ship me a new pair with a return label and then let me return the pair they said they couldn't do that. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told that they had high volumes and they'd have someone call me back in 24-48 hours. No one ever did. I tried reaching out again with no luck. I ended up having to cut the device off after unsuccessfully trying other methods. Finally, a week after first reaching out to adidas they finally called me back. The manager said it wasn't their policy to do something like that and there wasn't anything they could do. So then I asked them if it was okay for Adidas to make a mistake and let the customers suffer they downplayed it. Totally on the wrong end of the spectrum as far as customer services goes than what I would expect out of Adidas.
They have best shoes. I'm in love with this brand. Adidas originals is my favourite. Hoodies are made with so quality material, colors are awesome. I have only words of praise.
I was given a gift of shoes on 01/31/22. The shoes sat in a box for 18 months as I had a pair of Superstars that I wore everyday basically. Finally took them out of the box and then sat in closet for a couple months before wearing for the first time. Ive worn the shoes 6 times and now there is a crack from side to side on the sole. Exchange policy is absolute garbage. Customer service said if I had worn everyday for 6 months from purchase and this happened then they could exchange but a pair of shoes in brand new condition worn 6 times in 2 years, theres nothing they could do. I told the customer service rep I have been a big supporter of Adidas in the past from clothes to shoes to bags, even as far as a zip up pouch for my motorcyle to hold licence etc however this new information after trying to exchange a pair of brand new shoesmay force my hand into jumping overboard into Nike.
After reading reviews clearly I am not the only person who has had this issue and yet still, Adidas will do nothing about it.

Popular brand and a nice quality products, but why the prices are so high? You can have more customers if you lower your prices. I will buy all the products :D
Placed an order on 10/02/2020, was not processed and shipped until 10/13/2020, contacted customer serice and inquired as to why it took so long just to process my order and they said it was due to covid which is laughable because Amazon is not having these issues at all. They shipped my items on 10/13/2020 and I will not recieve them until 10/19/2020 for very slow shipping. It took a total of 18 days to receieve my items after my intial order. I attempted to cancel my order and they would not cancel my order saying it was too late to cancel. Horrible customer service! Who wants to wait 18 days for something they paid for?! During this time I placed several orders with Amazon with zero issues and free, 2-day shipping. Adidas will never get my business again!
On October 30,2021, I ordered a pair of Adidas as a Christmas gift for a family member. I, along with my other family members, have been long-time Adidas lovers and have enjoyed many years of wearing their shoes. The family member who I bought the shoes for clearly wears a size 13 and has always worn that size when purchasing Adidas. When I ordered the shoes, I made the reasonable assumption that there would have no issues with the fit as size 13 is the exact size he wears. However, when he happily received the shoes on Christmas morning, he was very disappointed to find that, while the shoes were clearly labeled as size 13, they did not fit. They were much too large.
When we contacted Adidas immediately after Christmas to request an exchange (not a refund), we were told that the shoes were not returnable because they were purchased on October 30 and the return period had expired. When I explained that we ordered the exact size that the person always wears and that, for some reason, the shoes were too large, their customer service representative coldly responded with "sorry, you cannot exchange them".
My wife and I are both retired and to have to waste $80 on a pair of shoes that did not fit is extremely disappointing and, nonetheless a waste of money. We have purchased Adidas shoes in the past because we have always trusted their brand and we have always felt that if we had any kind of issue, the company would be there for us. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case in this situation. Needless to say, our family will no longer support a company, like Adidas, that refuses to support us.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
