I was shipped a package on 4-29-22. I sent it right back due to being too small. It arrived back at adidas ON 5-6-22, I am still waiting on my refund from them. All they can say every time you talk to them is that the product can take 21 days in inspection. WHAT KIND OF HUGE SHOE LINE DOES THIS? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
PLACED A CUSTOM ORDER THAT I WAS AWARE WOULD TAKE 3-5 WEEKS. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE (QUITE A JOKE) TWICE AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE COMPLETED BUT STILL SITTING AT THE THIRD PARTY FACILITY! I WAS THEN INFORMED CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE 4-7 WEEKS! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS DEVASTATED! NEVER AGAIN! CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE TRUSTING THIS COMPANY!
Bought my son the yezzy foam runners for Christmas last year paid 350 I live in Wisconsin so he could only wear in spring n summer fall he noticed a hole in the sole so now on the phone with customer service they say warranty is only 6 months but u can go to Nike spend 100 n get a 2 year warranty this company suck I would never purchase again they said they will give me 25 dollar gift card as if I would ever spend I dime here just run n go to nike
My son's shoes began falling apart on the second day he had them.

This household is done with Adidas
They take your money, never fulfill your order, keep telling you that it will be fulfilled eventually. They have no customer service whatsoever. Essentially stole $70 from me.
Website says "Order by noon on 12/15 and it delivers by XMas". I got nervous when the email confirmation had no date on it, but moved on to deal with other Xmas issues. Days go by and the online Tracker just says "Order confirmed, waiting to be packed." No additional details. It is now the 21st and still has not shipped. I have called Customer Service twice. Both times the on hold message says the wait will be 20 minutes (I think this is the actual recording, not a real estimate. They just know it always takes 20 minutes to get someone! Maybe they should hire a few more Customer Service people?). Anyway, the automated system just says "Order Confirmed." Wow, that's really helpful. So you have no choice but to sit on hold and wait. Ironically, the on hold message keeps telling me I can go online to check the status of my order, which just pissed me off even more every time I hear it.
My suggestion - visit the site to get your information then order it somewhere else. Or even better, get it from Nike.
My son wanted all black addizero cleats so we bought them for his high school football season (he has practice nike cleats he has had for 3 years) these were his game cleats he wore them 5 times and they fell apart tore from the outside in! The worst made expensive cleats out there I wrote adidas to see if they would replace them and they stated that 5 times of use this is normal wear and tear that it expected for their cleats to fall apart and not perform after 5 uses, I will never buy Adidas cleats or shoes again! I will stick to Nike and Under Armour from here on out! They now sent us a second email stating
"We are sorry for the inconvenience you've had with the shoe. As much as we wanted to process your warranty claim, however, the warranty policy that we have does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect. Sorry about this." I want to add when filing the claim they never asked what the shoe was worn for if (misuse) my son put it on his foot and played football how is that misuse, accident there was no accident other than their shoe falling apart while using it, and neglect he put the shoe on at the field when done he went to the locker room took them off and then put them away where is the neglect?
Prices bite a little bit, but quality is outstanding. What I love here, that I can always stay confident, that my shoes or t-shirts made by professionals
This company has gone downhill, perhaps the crisis has squeezed everyone so hard, or they have simply become insolent. The quality of their products just sucks
I've ordered two separate adidas products within the past month. One was a jersey prior to the world cup, the other was a pair of shoes. For the jersey I opted for in-store pickup, and received an email when the jersey reached the store and was available for pick-up. On the email it stated store hours for said store, which was supposedly open until 9pm. I arrived at the store at 8pm (which is a 30 minute drive away for me) to pickup my jersey, to see that the store was closing an hour earlier than stated on the email and on Google Maps. I had to return two days later to pick up the order, and waste my time and gas because of their incompetence. I also ordered shoes, directly to my house. Two weeks after I placed the order, and a week after the estimated delivery I contacted their customer service, for them to tell me they weren't sure what happened with the order, and that the shoes were no longer available in my size. Absolutely pathetic customer service and organization.
I order online and return for exchnage for smaller size, waited 10 days no response i contact customer service, worst experience i was told 21 days wait on excnahge i cancel the order 3 weeks for refund, i am furiuos
So I was at the Adidas outlet picked up an Adidas Essential tshirt size Men's Medium which is the size I ALWAYS get in that specific tshirt. I get all the way home 3 hours away and it's HUGE. I measured it and it's bigger then the other mediums I own in that same shirt so it's been tagged wrong by Distribution. This is what happens when you have shirts made in NON SPEAKING English Countries and the worst part is when I call them they want me to drive 3 hours back to return it or I'm out $15.90!. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM ADIDAS!.
This company has become a total joke! First I go into the store well they aren't allowed to carry any shoes in stock over a size 10.5. Then I order them wake up and they canceled my order due to low stock. So go into a chat that evening and was assured they do have them will let me order them and have them boxed up and ready to ship to me so I did. I wake up it's canceled again called this time first guy said they are out of stock I said how can this be he said idk but we don't have any more sir is that all you needed have a good day click, next woman wasn't any better just nicer talking. We will get it to an escalation team they will be contacting you shortly nothing for a week still. This company is a total joke and wouldn't wish this level of total disregard for their customers on any company or consumers.
I went to purchase some sandals from an adidas store. When I got home to put the sandals on, I noticed that I had two right foot sandals. I went back to the store a week later and spoke to the manager as I was exvhanging them and buying more product that totaled more than $150 and the manager stated that I should have tried the sandals on before leaving the store and that stuff like this happens everywhere. First of all, even if I would have tried the sandal on, I would have only tried one on; for this reason, I would not have caught the mistake and this never happened to me since I've been shopping for the past 20 years. To make a long story short, I canceled my transaction and got my money back because of the managers attitude towards the situation. The customer service is not up to my standards and the online team did not respond back to my emails that I wrote a week ago. I can't see myself shopping here again.
Beware of adidas using LASER SHIP to send your product and when it doesnt show up, Adidas will refuse to do anything about it. Do a search on LASER SHIP and you ll see they "DELIVER" lots of packages that never arrive to the customer, specifically shoes! One of their managers was recently caught and prosecuted for stealing dozens of sneakers.

DO NOT SHOP WITH ADIDAS.COM. Worst customer service. 1st Adidas employee said exchange would be filled. Sent prepaid UPS return label. Returned shoes, exchange never processed due to no availability. 2nd Adidas employee said to wait for exchange to happen, to download Adidas APP check store availability. Then, exchange order was cancelled and money returned. No exchange, no ability to find shoes anywhere. Called Adidas to complain about not broken shoes, no exchange, no ability to find shoes in store and no recourse. Adidas rep kept falsely apologizing for inconvenience and offered 30% discount which is nothing. DO NOT SHOP WITH ADIDAS.COM
I order from adidas and never received my Yeezys, I put in a claim with FedEx First then Adidas FedEx told me they see my package wasn't delivered but why i was on the phone with fedex they marked it delivered which it's hasn't been so I check my cameras and no one delivered my package so i called back and they keep telling me to call back now they denied my claim stating it's been marked delivered with no signature required so now Adidas's stating it nothing they can do. So i called my bank.
Tip for consumers: adidas's did not give me a refund and when i call i can't get in touch with no one they connect me but it hangs up
They can mark it delivered and take you package, long as it stated delivered fedex won't approve your claim!
Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN******* with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to contantly call customer care regularly and they give different execuses and don't reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still ididn't got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully passed quality check and mentioned as returned and refunded soon in social campaigning saw many other had the same issue so much panicked so request you to resolve my case as soon as possible already its been more than 13 days

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
