Adidas is the worst company to order from, I never received my order it was worth over $400 and they refused to refund my money. I have called several times to try and resolve this issue. This site has awesome clothing. I recently got running shoes that I just love. Their items are very well designed. They are comfy and very attractive.
Ordered a pair of shoes from here. Shipping was fair speed, the item packaging was very good!
They send the shoe box inside a much larger stuffed box.

Canceled my first order 4 days after it was placed, it was supposed to be a gift for someone so that was inconvenient as hell. They just emailed me saying it was cancelled and nothing else. I went on their website to reorder or something and it was out of stock so i figured that is what had happened its okay normal slip up i thought but then! I placed a second order of two other jackets at 10 am and they canceled it that same day late late at night. Same problem out of stock and the other jacket was. Contacted customer support NO RESOLUTION, CRAPPIEST SERVICE FROM ADIDAS THEMSELVES. Lost my business for sure
They owe me $126 refund and they have terrible customer service. They take no responsibility and the spin it into the customer even though their system has the glitch. I will never shop here again.
I placed an order it never came the delivery company DHL delivered to the wrong address they left a picture and it shows that the address was wrong but adidas said I have to wait for them to see what DHL says. I still don't have my order and they said I can order and they're not able to give a refund until they wait for DHL complete theirs
I have purchased 2 shoes from Ras al Khaimah outlet store on 3rd of December 2022 and I have seen that both pair is different when i reached and same time i have spoken to the staff and she promised that the shoes can changed. And then on 10th December i have sent my driver to change. Unfortunately the staff has given different size. My actual size EK 8 however I have received size UK 8.5. Since i have received the shoes, i was trying to contact the store directly but no one picked the call till now. Hence, please contact me at the earliest and i request ti fix the issue at the earliest,

Very bad company, with zero customer service fake products all over the site,
Products displayed in the website is totally different from what you receive.
I have order a shoe around two weeks ago the day I received the delivery I was very excited but as soon as I had open a box was totally shocked by the seeing the shoe what I have received it was totally different not just different the shoe is not from Addidas it's a local market cheap product. So I called the customer service and ask for help the told me to send mail with the picture of shoes and box etc etc. I done that but now they are saying that we are helpless in that matter the shoes what they have send is correct, they are not at all ready to listen I ask them to arrange a call back from the senior team but they are also not ready for that. These peeps from Addidas custom support are saying we will not return or exchange the product at all, this is the height of hypocrisy from a well known renowned brand like addidas.

So I request Addidas look into the matter as earliest.
Lastly- pls don't go with fraud brand like addidas if you want your hard earned money is to be safe go with some other brands.
They've got a great assortment there. The quality is above average and prices are below average. Nevertheless, it gets spoiled by support or by the absence of it.
I've never shopped at the Adidas online store but suddenly there are multiple charges to my Paypal account. I call Adidas customer service, they confirm they have the orders and will flag them as fraud and take care of it. When more Adidas charges appear, I call again. They tell me the orders are going to Texas, I tell them that's not where I live and the orders are fraud. They put me on hold, transfer, hang up.
They provided info to PayPal that the orders were shipped to my address in Colorado, but the shipments actually went to Texas - the FedEx tracking confirms they went to Texas and were delivered. Adidas refuses to refund my money, Paypal refuses to do anything because they think the items were shipped to my address.
Adidas should never have shipped the orders in the first place since I reported the fraud. Not only did they ship those orders, they took multiple NEW orders and shipped those too, then they lied to PayPal about where they were going to make the transactions look legit. It's like they want criminals to use their site to steal.
I use to be a Nike fan but as time goes on I'm loving Adidas more and more. Any of their shoes with the Cloudfoam soles, I know I will love without even trying on. Adidas shoes fit consistently.
Placed an order in Oct for running shoes- exchanged for a larger size- shoe seam split in December and I provided documentation to support claim- claim accepted and approved for a return - but refund not issued. What followed was a nightmare -several customer service persons, acceleration to Supervisors- useless. April 3 no refund= reported to Capital One - Adidas lied about refund- good thing I have 17 pages of communication to support my claim. Do not try to contact Head Office in Woodbridge - total run around - no one answers the phone or can provide you with info. Packed up the claim I sent to Capital One and sent it c/o CEO Adidas Canada - Am waiting to here from Capital One and whoever ends up with my claim at Adidas.Adidas staff have no clue about their documentaion, return and refund process. Keep all your contact with them, they lie.Forgot to mention, they were willing to give me a double the amount over 300.00 gift card to resolve issue - NO - I want nothing more to do with Adidas give me my refund.
Very comfortable and high quality sports wear. I am in love with Adidas clothes and shoes. I only shop in physical shops and receive only the best type of services. I am a very satisfied customer.

But the shoes arrived
I tried to return the shoes. So looked up the adidas.com, no history of purchased, i sent an email requested return lable
No one responded. Probably i've sent about 8-9 emails
I received one email responded, it said we can't find order number
So i called the customer service... hold over 30 min. No one picked up the phone
I sent several emails since then never responded
I dispute charge back to paypal
They have fedex tracking number so case is closed
I called customer service, hold 40 min finally spoke to very unprofessional agent
She said she will send me return label thru email following day
That happened dec. 13... but i never had any email what so ever

I made an online purchase in Mar for an XS dress for my 5/yo. IT WAS WAYYYYYYYY to big. I returned the dress and here we are in May now and I still have yet to receive my return. I was just told that it should be one day next week when I get my refund. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ADIDAS AGAIN ONLINE. This return policy is absolute TRASH! I'm not a thief and didn't send a box of old clothes back. I sent the dress that should be for a 10y/o back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS YOU'VE RECEIVED THE ITEM. THAT'S ONLY FAIR. Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
