Their return policy is awful. I purchased a pair of running shoes and they refused to exchange the size for me. Trouble customer service. Will not order/buy from Adidas ever.
Worst customer service experience with any merchant ever.
Long story very short. Spent the better part of 4 days trying to make a $600ish purchase. They sent an email the next day saying the order was cancelled. So, I called in, but, they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled. First, they'd say it was the email address. Then it was the bill to. Then it was the ship to. This happened 6-7 times. Finally, they referred me to their "review department". Of course, that number wasn't working for "technical reasons". During the process, I was disconnected 3-4 times. They could not seem to find any managers or supervisors. The last of the 4 days I spent with them, they finally got me to the review department (where english is clearly not practiced), which verified my info for the umpteenth time, then, said the next transaction would be no problem. Voila - still had a problem. In the meantime, my bank contacted me concerned with fraud, as they got approval no less than 6 times for the purchase...
Finally, I was told they'd transfer me to the manager's boss. Disconnected. Called back again and asked for a manager. "They'll call you back in 24 hours". I'm done with Adidas forever.
I bought a pair of Yeezy 350 v2 bones from the confirmed app that Adidas owns and they said to go one size up from what you normally wear which I did I normally wear a 15 I bought a 16. I then got them 2 1/2 weeks later and they don't fit at all they were WAY TOO TIGHT! (The website says no returns or exchanges) I called adidas support and, the woman who answered the phone was arrogant and rude and did not understand or even comprehend what I was saying. I told them I had worked all summer for these shoes (Im 13) and they said "NO EXChANGES" I wasn't asking for much not even a refund just a size that fits and they can't even do that. I will never have a pair of adidas in my household again!
Adidas is always rock. I had purchased a handbag from its one of store and it lasts for 2 years just because of its awesome quality of leather. Thanku so much for your quality ADIDAS.;
I have spoken with a total of 4 people from Adidas, regarding an exchange that started back in July. All but 1 have been short and rude. I asked for my money back yesterday, assuming this exchange is never going to happen and the shoes were for summer wear. It's almost fall. I then get an email, telling me that my exchange is cancelled but to keep the merchandise. I don't have the shoes. I sent them back and they received them on 8/3/22... this is 22 days ago. Who knows how long this would have sat, if I hadn't called and sat on hold forever! I have been on hold, trying to deal with this issue for, I would estimate, close to 1.5 hours total. I've tried live chat and waited my turn in line, 53 people and then 56 people and both time, nobody is there, after I wait it out. It says "refresh" and I push the button but nothing happens. I am going through my credit card to get a refund at this point. I love Adidas products but I will no longer be purchasing through them directly because they are not customer service orientated at all. They have had my money for 6 weeks, my return for 3.5 weeks and so far, all but one woman, have been snippy and arrogant. All I wanted was a smaller size... and the "free exchange, free returns" policy, is the entire reason I ordered from them and not someone else. Pffffff... it's not free... it's taken more time than it's worth and I still don't have results or shoes!

I purchased Ultraboost Shoes on 05th Sept 2021 (Less than one year back) from your stores in Logix Mall, Noida.
Cloth of one shoe has been damaged from 2 locations and some metal like object from inside is biting my toe and wounding me. Pictures attached.
Your stores directed me to your customer care who didn't entertain me as the warranty period is 3 months. Your customer care directed me back to your stores who is now suggesting me to write a mail and what not.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I bought my grandson one of your balls and it's came apart at the seams. I went to all the work of calling you, which I sat on hold for what felt like forever, just to speak to someone and tell me that I needed to send in picture's and my receipt. Then I sent in those pictures and the receipt and I got no reply back! Then today I sat on hold for 3:00hrs before anyone answered, which is ridiculous! And then some young guy ansereed and just said it's been over 6 months so there's nothing we can do about it. I started this process in October. I bought the ball in April, this in 6 moths but NO you don't warrantee your product, THIS IS absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back or an instore credit to get a new ball, this is the LEAST YOU SHOULD DO!
I purchased a pair of soccer cleats that did not last a month, Filed a claim and they declined it "Said this is cause of normal wear and tear, we have high quality products" well your high quality products couldn't make it a month in to my college season and for a price of a $130.00 I would expect them to at least make the threw the season, if I wanted to by new cleats monthly I would of stuck with something in the $20.00 range. Customer service was terrible I called asked to speak to a supervisor and they said one would call me back after 24 hrs well they never did I called them back after 48 hrs and only the thing a woman named Ann would offer me was a 30% off an other pair coupon. Truly disappointed in adidas and would of never thought they wouldn't own up to a failed product, because you can clearly see that its a seam failure and that the cleats on bottom aren't even worn yet so cleats aren't old and that supervisor basically told me I wasn't using my cleats properly and I didn't properly take care of my shoes. Well Ive played soccer since I was 5, I have had a lot of cleats and have used adidas the past 5 yrs, my last pair which we identical to this defective pair lasted two yrs. So why did this pair magically only last a month, I will not purchased sports wear in the future and next time adidas own up to your junk products.
Ordering online thru adidias, is simplistic, fast and a wonderful online experience. I have placed at least 7 orders with them and the return/exchange policy is fast and simple
I have been an avid Adidas customer and place order with them regularly. Recently I had purchased 13items and received someone else's order with 1 kids item in it. I called customer service and was informed that they cant help right away and will open a case number and i should get a resolution within 24-48hrs. After not hearing back in a week, I called back and was informed that there hasnt been any headway on the case and that I need to submit picture of the box/label/item received (which I did not mind submitting - luckily I had not thrown away the box from a week ago). I submitted the pictures within 10mins and asked when will I get a resolution, was informed it will take another week! They will open a case with UPS (which did not made sense since the box received was not damaged or the label did not have incorrect info but was clearly a packaging issue originating from adidas warehouse since the items inside the box were incorrect.) Since than, I am still waiting for an answer and many days have passed without any response from adidas themselves. Seems like I have to call them everytime myself to get any answer, they are unresponsive themselves.
I had used 40% voucher when making the purchase, my voucher will be wasted if they decide to refund instead of shipping my ordered items. At this moment in time I am so frustrated with there customer service that I would accept a refund and would never order with Adidas again! Only because of there customer service they have lost a customer.
Horrible. Zero customer service. Zero respect. Refuse to cancel an order. Refuse to investigate where the order even is. Package has dissappeared and they refuse to help at all.

Ordered the Adidas Climacool Fresh Bunce Shoes and an Adidas Bag pack. The show fit great, the bag was amazing, and great too, and the pricing really reasonable. Definitely give them a try.
I selected item on special… used my 30% discount code and they ended up charging me more than price advertised. They did this on several items.
I placed an order end of november and since the statut is order confirmed waiting to be packed. I tried to reach them on the phone: IMOSSIBLE. I sent 2 mails no answers!

Lordddddd... they sent me an UNFINISHED, chemically smeared set of shoes! They didn't even tack the insole down, and you can take it out to see the masking tape holding the strings? What in the hell? THEN, the iridescent back panel is cloudy from some sort of chemical smear. Don't they have quality control?! Customer service is of no help! They all have robotic, hostile attitudes like my problem is an inconvenience to them. Ummmm... Adidas pays your rent, feeds your family, and you choose to represent them with an IDGAF attitude for the customer?! First time buyer, and last time buyer, all in one. This ENTIRE experience has been a NIGHTMARE from ordering, to shipping, to production, returns, and all the way to both the customer service dept AND customer relations/escalations dept! READ THE REVIEWS! I SHOULD HAVE! UGHHH... SMFH!
I have a complaint with your Adidas branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Avenue Mall branch, and this complaint caused me embarrassment in front of people, as well as with my wife, on the night of Eid. The story is as follows. I bought pants via the card and the amount was deducted from my account. With the reference number and I have all the proof of messages between me and Adidas, and after contacting my bank, it was also found that the amount was deducted from my account, and Adidas did not believe this. After waiting for more than a month, the bank deducted an amount of 3.770bd Bahraini fees. The procedure is correct and the amount is in the Adidas account. The Arab Bank, in which my account is confirmed by the Central Bank, confirmed that the amount is 29.780 in the account of the Adidas Avenue Mall Bahrain branch. I promised her that I would give it to her on the morning of Eid, but that did not happen, and I saw in front of the branch's customers and the captains that the card was free of money, and this is very annoying. I am waiting for a response from you as soon as possible.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
