I received good communication about the status of my order and the shipping. I did need to exchange 2 items and received help from customer service when I ran into an issue online. I was able to easily get that sent back in, which is so nice.

This was my first time ordering from VampireFreaks, so I was worried, but everything was great! I thought shipping was a little slow so called and spoke with a lady there and she was just wonderful, I feel bad that I can't remember her name, but after the call my worries were gone.
