I love my glasses from eyebuydirect! Even the exchange process was smooth. However, I do wish they would pick an object like a soda can to put their glasses next to for one of the pictures. Frames fit every face differently, but sometimes having a real life object to reference in addition to the array of lens width, height, etc. would be good for comparison so I have a better idea of what I'm getting.

To fill my newest prescription using my vision insurance at the Eye Care office would exceed $420 in my out of pocket cost. I ordered the style I prefer, which was not offered in the office, for $207 including insurance as shipping was free.

Ordered glasses from here, and they've since lasted me 12 years. Only now today did I have to go to the optometrist and get an updated prescription, so I could get a new pair. Here's to another 12.years!

I made a mistake with my prescription and they were very nice about exchanging my glasses. I even worked with customer service rep to interpret my script... (I swore these had to be perfect, if I went thru this much trouble.) Ok... done... I decide to order using a deal, Buy one and get one. So I order another pair of the same as the ones I just swapped. Totally thinking I understand the script now. Then I go out on a limb for my second pair, and get a really nice clear rimmed pair, and tweaked PD just a "Hair"... So... I get the two twins, and they are good... but not perfect... great for what I need them for... computers and reading. A week later my custom one come... i wasn't expecting much... but when I put them on... WOW... just that small tweak... everything was balanced... no fall off when I looked up and down. Funny. I almost didn't want to wear them, to protect them. So I have been using the other pairs. Overall... I love my glasses from Eyebuydirect.

Looked for frameless medium lens size need progressive prescription They are light weight don't even realise your wearing them.

I've gotten many pairs of glasses from EBD from over the years, and I will never get them elsewhere! The quality and price of the baseline glasses cannot be beat, and the designer frames and higher-end lenses are top-notch quality at great prices. Sure beats going to the optometrist office and paying $500, especially with loyalty perks and discounts galore.

I've bought at least 5 pairs of glasses from y'all and I can't replace lenses with you guys so after checking prices from competitors for lens replacement -- its cheaper to just buy new ones but y'all really put the carrot on a stick when it comes to being able to actually use rewards and promo codes.

The user interface is nice, easy to understand, love seeing reviews, the try on feature, love that checking out is also pretty easy, honestly no complaints here yet. I see the new updates and they've been killing it. They stay on top of trendy glasses which is cool but still have timeless options.

I've purchased a few pairs of glasses from EBD over the past several years and just ordered a new pair of sunglasses (progressive lenses). The initial order was processed quickly, but I had a slight issue with the left lens... which was handled quickly and without issue by customer service. I've used a couple of other sites for glasses, but EBD has had the best selection and pricing and has been very hassle-free.

I've ordered no less than 10 pair of glasses from eyebuydirect.com. I've always been pleased with the speed and quality for what I paid. I haven't purchased the more expensive frames or the upgraded lens. I've purchased mainly the low price and have been happy with the results.

Second pair of Chillax glasses! (And my sixth pair of EyeBuyDirect glasses.) Love these sophisticated frames. My first ever order was for the floral; this time I ordered black. And to make them more practical and visually interesting I ordered Transitions lenses. My doctor recommended single vision lenses rather than the Progressives I've worn for decades with recent increased difficulty going down stairs. Overall great experience ordering a pair of new glasses with photochromic lenses. I've had these for over a year and just ordered a new pair with a updated prescription, I can't say for sure if I would ever consider using g another platform to order glasses
