I ordered two pairs of shoes on their site for my girlfriend on a Saturday night, and four days after(wed), they were delivered to my house. They shoes looked exactly like what I ordered online, eventhough i thought the finishing on one of them could have been much better but hey for that discounted price, no qualms, i was satisfied. I'll do business again with them in the nearest future.
Let me first off say that I have been buying products from 6pm for the last 4 years up until recently of course. After telling a friend about 6pm and showing them my purchases they quickly noticed how the name brands that I was buying were fakes. I even took one Puma shirt to a Puma store and they indeed told me it was a fake. After looking closely at the products and really studying them I realized everything that I have been buying were knock offs. They claim that it is not true but do your research on the products you buy down to the tag on the inside of the product. I can't believe I have been tricked this whole time. I don't understand how they have not been shut down yet.
I've ordered several items from 6pm (including several men's Ecco shoes). Each order has arrived promptly. The delivered shoe is exactly the same as I had ordered. The prices of the Ecco shoes are, with the exception of one time, always lower than any other site. On occasion, I've received my order in three business days following the placement of the order (mind you, we live in Oregon). This site is my go to shop for shopping Ecco shoes and The North Face, Patagonia and Marmot clothing, though I fully understand that 6pm offers limited items in each brand. Knowing that, I'm never disappointed.
This is horrible business practice, the luxury of ordering online is when you get something and it don't fit you should be able to exchange it for the correct size. NOPE not with 6pm, how bout you pay for the Return label yourself on top of what you already paid for the product. LOST my business for sure and everyone i know. Very Frustrated with the business practice they execute.! BYE 6pm.!
I received a wrong item but decided keep it since I have to pay return shipping cost even they messed up my order. (The item I ordered was dirt cheap but still.) I loved 6pm but won't shop there again.
Perhaps one of the biggest and useful sites with all things that you need. I found there trainers for me and a sports suit at a really convenient price. I must admit that it is a great place for shopping.
This site has a lot of good deals. It is great for buying items at a discounted price. I bought a couple of dresses and some shoes. I ended up returning one of the dresses, because it didn't fit right. It is never fun returning an item, but after the hassle of mailing it out, I received my money back without a problem.
Okay, I'm going to get in on this shoe debate. There are 5 places that I get my shoes from in this order: Zappos, Nordstrom, Endless, DSW, 6pm.
I put 6 pm last not because it's awful but because their shoes are the least trendy (I mean, it's a discount warehouse). My sister doesn't care so much about trends since she loves the same patterns of shoes, but I do. 6pm is best for flats (not many trends happen around those) and once I buy a pair, I don't look back to check the prices because I know, if I had waited a day or two, I would have gotten them for cheaper since their prices change by a lot daily.
This is the worst site I have ever ordered from. Though they do have good prices, they don't send you the correct items. I ordered a pair of Frye boots, and when I opened the box I immediately saw that they were the wrong boots. Not even Frye boots, not genuine leather. They feel very cheap and look terrible. I called customer service and explained how disappointed I was, and their response was, "I am very sorry. We get many calls like this." If you get many calls with the same issue, don't you think you should try to fix your issues? Seriously, I am beyond disappointed. Also, he stated that it will take nearly a month to get my money refunded to me. THIS SITE IS A JOKE! BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from them again.
I ordered my boots on May 1st and received them on the 5th. They were in excellent condition, fit well, and were packaged with care! When I first ordered them I made a mistake and had to email customer service, and they were very polite and helpful. They were unable to change the order, but they did offer a free exchange if necessary! (I put the shoes back in the box to take the picture.)

I purchased running shoes from 6pm. Com. This was not my first time. The shoes are highly discounted, brand name running shoes. The shoes did not fit my feet and were uncomfortable. Instead of offering to replace the shoes at no cost for me to ship them back, thereby keeping a customer happy, they give vague instructions on returning the product and then I paid three times as much ($11) to ship a product back for a full refund of what I paid for them. Therefore, it is like walking into a shoe store, making a purchase and then deciding the shoes don't work for me and returning them and they charge me $11 to drive back to the store. What a grand rip off! Never again! They just lost me as a customer.

So, it's been 13 days now & I still haven't received my 39.90 from 6pm. You remember I told y'all they claimed they issued the refund on 12-29-16. I called my bank several times & they said, no credits have been added or pending from 6pm. So there is only one thing that it could be, somebody done pit in there pockets. Just because it states on my account that a refund was submitted, doesn't mean you did it. You put it there so your boss would this it was done but in reality, it was put in your pocket. No refund was issued to me they just took my money. Please don't order from this place because they will take your money. My son is wonder why I haven't got his shoes yet & I had to tell him that the shoes I sent back, they never refunded the money, so I can get the right size. This was a sad moment for my child & y'all néed to be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered 3 pairs of Frye Boots, and one pair of Ariats. Love everything I've ordered. Boots were perfect, except one of the Frye's boots zipper was sticky. I emailed them immediately and they gave me credit for the boots and I didn't have to return them. I was impressed. I was only expecting a smaller store credit or something like that. If the zipper goes bad, I'll get it fixed :) Super fast shipping, too. Great deals. These are not 'knock offs' as some have insinuated. I'll keep shopping here.

I was a loyal customer of 6pm for a few years, but after my last couple of purchases I will no longer use their services. On several of occasions they advertised a certain price for the shoe, but upon checkout/purchase (2-5 minutes later) the price was significantly higher. I had to call 6pm and they rectified the situation. It happened again, but this time my husband was making the purchase. It was not until the shoes arrived & I checked the invoice did I notice that upon checkout the shoes were higher a higher price. Of course when I tried contacting them, I never heard from them again. Brand name merchandise, refinement options that allow you to narrow down your search to find exactly what you're after, FREE and FAST (I mean really fast) shipping. I can't find anything I don't love about this site. Have recommended it many people now.
I read that 6pm sells only authentic and non defective items, but after my last purchase, I have to ask myself "REALLY"? I own three pairs of Birkenstock sandals, one pair of Birkenstock clogs. Every pair is a size 38 and good fit. For reference, I am a US 7.5 So, when I saw a pair of Birkenstock boots on sale at 6pm, I jumped at it. I never would have ordered if I was unsure of the size because of their return policy that does NOT include free shipping. But after owning FOUR pairs I was very confident. It was even noted "true to size." WELL... either these Birks were tagged wrong, and or they are defective. This boot was ENORMOUS! I I estimate at LEAST two sizes larger than stated. I could have worn two pairs of thick socks and they still would have been BIG!
Needless to say, I returned them at a cost of nearly $18.00 out of pocket! Not Happy!

I was very hesitant to order from this website after seeing all the bad reviews it'd gotten. The price was so good that I just couldn't pass it up (I got a pair of vibram five fingers for running.) I ordered Saturday and received them TUESDAY! And that was the free ground shipping! Good prices, fast and correct shipping... sorry to hear if some ppl had a bad experience but mine was great!
I have been shopping at 6pm since 2008, and have had really positive experiences with them. I love their prices, and the variety of merch that they carry... Making a return is super easy as well. They will email the return shipping label, and I just print it. The customer service reps are very helpful as well, and I never have to sit on hold... I am really shocked at all the negative reviews. I must admit, it is a bit scarey... Have I just been lucky for the past 8 years? Lol
This is the worst experience I ever have with an online purchase. I bought boots $140 and when I try them they didn't sit well.
So I decided to return them and find out that I have to pay my return fee which is $31!
This is ridiculous!
Be careful with this website and check their return policy which is hiding.
They should do free return with purchase at least over $100.

I bought a pair of New Balance W680v3 (size 7) for my girlfriend and a pair of Saucony Cohesion 10 (size 10.5) for me. This is the second time I've used this website and it is great! The shoes looked beautiful and they were so much cheaper than any other website I looked at. They fit us perfectly and feel amazing. Also the shipping was FAST!
