Just completed a RV remodel on my 10 year old motorhome. Completely pleased and satisfied with the quality of the Captain Chairs, dinette and recliners. Shop4Seats was very responsive with information and video when I had questions. Great price for good quality furniture.
Ordered theater chairs in december 2022 paid in full on april 4 th on the delivery date they called and said the chairs are discontinued 4 months later after i have done all the theater accordindg to the size and color of the chairs unprofessional dont waste your time they say they sell 2000 chairs a week thats the reason their reviews are so low i made a mistake not reviewing their reviews
After weeks of searching online, going into showrooms locally of companies that specialize in Home Theater rooms and making a poor purchase at a local furniture store, I finally settled on 4seating. What made my initial experience at 4seating so amazing was the customer service that John Jasso gave. He was able to assist me in the proper selection of seating both my wife and I wanted. John went above and beyond to answer my questions and work through my request. My wife really wanted a Chaise on the end of our Theater Seating area and I wanted electronic headrests along with lumbar support. John was able to build up a custom seating to meet all our needs at a more then reasonable pricing option. I'm giving John Jasso 5 STARS, but I have to give 4seating a 4 star experience, because they should offer some sort of Financing option i. E. Synchrony, which a lot of major stores now partner with.
I purchased the Seatcraft Stanza Black Leather 7000 Power Straight Row of 3 and Row of 2 from 4Seating.com. Before I made my purchase I asked the salesman what leather to use since I am allergic to other plastic and vinyl materials. I was told to pay higher for the LEATHER 7000 as it was all full leather seats. After sitting on the chairs I started to get an allergic reaction. Also, the trays cannot be used if you are using the cup holders. I paid top dollar for these seats and I called their customer support and this is what their response was; (you be the judge);
The industry standard is to have all touching body parts of leather 7000 and back or other areas vinyl. The cup holder and tray design it is what it is and cannot be changed. As far s returning there will be a stocking fee of 30% plus shipping, plus $199 per row, plus pallet and other shipping materials.
Megan was great. I sent an email about my problem yesterday and by this morning I got a call from her to troubleshoot. Together we solved the issue within about 10 minutes. My replacement part is on the way and I couldn't be more satisfied!
The lady I spoke to was very professional and courteous. She was able to figure out what I needed and was a pleasure to speak with. All companies should have a customer service representative who is as great as she was. I only wish I remembered her name.
I was impressed with the customer service team. They were understanding of my concern and helpful in resolving quickly. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Also, they followed up to ensure I was satisfied.
The warranty sales team was also very easy to talk with and were very knowledgeable.

I have to say in this day and age it's super pleasant to receive the customer service I received this morning talking to Megan about my order. She clearly took my concerns of receiving my order in time to get my grandsons fishing to heart and helped me get my order to me. So kudos to Megan and the staff! I won't forget and will tell all that ask where they need to go if they need seats for RV.
I must say we really like our chairs, my husband loves them. However, be careful of the wording in an ad. I purchased the Seatcraft Venetian Leather Gel chairs. They are definitely not genuine leather. My husband and I sit in our chairs about once a week, there are no children or pets in our home. I bought my chairs 1 year ago and already the fabric of the chair is wearing out. Real leather chairs wouldn't wear out that soon. I must say we really like the electric chairs we bought for functionality, but the material isn't what I wanted, I should have read the ad more closely.
Megan was awesome. She got me answers right away and explained everything I needed to know with regards to the status of my order. She was polite and very easy to deal with. Made the whole process very easy.
Excellent customer service. Zack Falcon was very informative and helpful with placing the order and choosing the correct items needed for desired seating configuration. Both, Zack and John Jasso were very helpful with a replacement I needed due to an error made by the shipping company. Overall, very happy with my purchase and the customer service received. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a sofa back Oct 2020 and the spring in it was broken on the sofa on one side. Then they send me another sofa that wouldn't work on one side. It was having electrical issues and wouldn't recline down. After that they continued to send me parts to replace the motor in it and nothing has really worked. If it did work it wasn't for that long. I have spent more time waiting on stuff or a sofa. I find that they don't really back their product, and it's poorly made. They don't want to refund you your money to get something that isn't falling apart. My advise is to never purchase from 4seating ever again. It isn't worth the headache, and your hard earn money. Your problem won't get resolved. Beware of this furniture place. It might look pretty and nice, but you will spend a lot of time on the phone and nothing will be resolved.
I had some issues getting my sofa and loveseat delivered, but Lynn (customer service manager) contact me personally and worked through the problem until it was resolved! And boy was it worth it! I LOVE my sofa and loveseat. They are so comfortable and luxurious! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you, Lynn!
I bought my sofa and loveseat two weeks ago, and the communication by the company regarding my order is nil. First I called to see why I was told it shipped when in fact, they were out of stock. Then I ordered something else in stock, and was told it would be shipped the next day. The delivery to the warehouse has been delayed twice, but of course no one has contacted me. I've called with no response back.
We have had our theater seating recliners for 4 years and we love them. We recently had a power box smashed by our kids and Megan in customer service went above and behind to help replace it. Highly recommend 4 Seating
I ordered theater seating (Seatcraft Diamante) for my new home, and I couldn't be any happier with the quality of the seats! I was hesitant at first to order my seating online sight unseen, but I have no regrets now that I've seen and sat in them in person. I had the unfortunate situation of one seat arriving damaged (bent metal footing - the quality of the metal made it such that I couldn't bend it back to normal shape) during shipment, but all it took was one call to Customer Service and John Jasso had a new one shipped within 2 days. I am 100% satisfied with my product and their service. Will order from again!
I have three chairs, of which 2 do not work. They sent a repair guy, after sending a DIY kit (yes, we have the warranty…they are also BRAND NEW). Repair guy says "Sorry, you need to call them as this is not fixable".
So…we called…AND CALLED…AND CALLED. A lot of excuses and empty promises. Richard, the manager, (ext 127. Sadly I know it off of the top of my head) does not return calls…it will always be another excuse. Inexcusable.
Come get the chairs. If you cannot provide the product you state, then stand by the company you claim to be.
Save yourself a lot of wasted time and energy and go to a local store and pay your 5k there.
I encountered an issue with one of my recliners. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and even tried replacing the switch, but it didn't work. Megan, one of the customer service representatives, suggested that I disconnect one of the box modules that was screwed to the recliner, reroute the wire, and reconnect the chair. The module that was originally connected was used for an app. Surprisingly, once I disconnected it from the box, my chair started working again!
We received our new recliners and when we unboxed them, we received two right seats. Instead of a left & right. Called and spoke with Megan. She was very helpful and took care of reordering the correct one. Thank you for making this a very quick & easy process.
