I had been looking online and 4Seating always had the best selection and pricing. I was hesitant to buy theater seats online without trying them out, even though I think 4Seating could have guided me well on the phone. I happened to be nearby visiting family and went to the showroom. John J was the salesman and did a really great job giving me information about the seats. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. A real pleasure to work with. Priced out what I wanted in a timely manner. I bought the theater seats while I was there. I have an email they shipped within 5 days. Everyone was very friendly there. The showroom has a good selection. I would highly recommend both 4Seating and John J!
Zack Falcon's customer service was 2nd to none. Amazing to work with and I can't say enough about how he helped me throughout my entire every indecisive process. He answered all my thousand questions and was really helpful!

If you want your theater seats to last more than a year or two, don't buy. 5 of our chairs in our theater have completely come apart at the seams after 2 years of mild use. Guardian won't cover anything. 4Seating dodged calls and finally said they wouldn't do anything, not even a discount on new ones. Buying a extended warranty is useless, unless your house catches on fire. Taking the heavy, cumbersome chairs to a repair shop, is the only answer and it will cost more to rent a uhaul and repair than a new chair. Buy from a company that sells quality products, 4seating doesn't.
I ordered 2 Seatcraft double arm recliners in March of 2019. I purchased the Guardian 5 year extended warranty for both chairs. One chair is coming apart at the seam on the seat (the other chair is fine). These 2 chairs are used by 2 senior adults only... no kids and no pets. There has been no abuse since we purchased them. I made a claim with Guardian and they refused to cover the damage. I then called 4Seating and spoke with a customer representative. I was told that since the stitching failure occurred after their 1 year warranty had expired this was a Guardian issue. Anyone purchasing from this company, please be aware that they do not back up the craftmanship of this product. I will never buy nor recommend purchasing anything from this company.
DO NOT BUY IT. Cheap, horrible quality. When you call them nobody will help. And good luck if they made a mistake you're not getting a full refund. Waited 6 months to receive my refund and got only partial refund. Stay away from 4SEATING.COM
My wife and I ordered the Seatcraft Sonoma Black Leather 7000 Power seating in a "couch" configuration. First thing, I called 4seating and spoke with Zack. Great guy. Answered all my questions. I was hesitant to order anything online that I haven't seen in person. The couch came today. Better than you can imagine. Great product. I ordered the sound shaker system with it. Game changer! You will never be happy watching anything without it. Stop wasting time. Don't you deserve the best?
Very nice selection and great prices. I called customer service who spent a lot of time with me to help select exactly what I was looking for. The manufacturer of the couch kept delaying shipments, not the fault of 4seating, but 4seating bent over backwards to either get me the couch right away or replace it with another suitable one. Most sellers would have just said "that's the way it is", but 4seating really went the extra mile to make it right. Much appreciated, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Had a delivery problem on an order with you guys, and while I'd recommend you stop teaming with JB hunt, you did everything in your power to make the issue better. Your customer service is great and the issue is with JB Hunt and not you.
Edit: Had the couch for a year. There's a defect. They won't do anything about it. So now I have a very uncomfortable place to sit. Very disappointed. They sell garbage quality products and don't stand by it.
Edit2: in February I got a call back where they promised to ship me a new couch due to the defect. That ship date has moved a couple times but I'm hopeful.
Megan was very familiar with the product that I was calling about. She had to ask me some extra questions and she did that well and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I wish that all of the customer service people that I have called were so easy to work with.
Great experience finding the right home theater seating. Visited the showroom and the salesman was knowledgeable and patient with us. Shipping was prompt but the last mile trucking company had it loaded on a too large truck for our hilly neighborhood. No fault of the seating company. Regina at customer service hopped right on it and got us scheduled for delivery in 2 days on a pickup truck. It's all movies and popcorn now! Thx.
Chair sucks took over 2.5 months to get. Uncomfortable hard as a rock. Equipment is waste of money. Still no warranty. Yes was paid for... finding someone who knew what was going on took time. Also talked out of neck pillow what might of helped a little for comfort. What a waste of money
Shipment was running late so I emailed John Jasso, He explained why and gave me a new shipping date. I asked him to see if it could be shipped a little sooner and he got it done. I received the furniture in time to get it installed before our trip. Thanks John
This is an exceptional company that clearly believes that ethical business is good business. When one of our chairs broke, they immediately sent a local repairman. Having determined that it could not easily be fixed, they immediately sent a replacement, no question asked!
Purchased extra-large cuddle seat about 5 months ago and have a defective cuddle seat. I have been in contact with Richard via email and by phone. I even spoke to one of his coworkers. Both of them are giving me the runaround. The product is covered under the warranty period but they fail to resolve the problem. I spent over $1,200 and have a cuddle seat that is useless.
I have been very patient to resolve this issue among all parties, but again, 4Seating won't call back of honor the warranty.
Go to the BBB website and notice they have several complaints against them.
I will also contact the BBB, my credit card company, etc. to resolve this issue.
I'm very disappointed in 4Seating and would recommend to do elsewhere.
Absolute garbage quality and customer service. Got 4 seats recliners in Feb this year, stitches and leather started ripping apart already. We had no support from customer service at all and I am stuck with this sofa which cost me closely 3k.
This is one of worst purchaser of my life. You may see some good reviews but those will be for very high end product and still they don't worth the price tag for the quality they provide. The Company attitude is like " Yes we know that we sold you cheap and very low quality item for closely 3k but you are pass your 30 day warranty so we cannot help. Stay with this garbage you bought from us". JUST STAY AWAY
They shouldn't get 1 star. I will take time to go on every possible website I can find to state how horrible the service is. We will also be doing a complaint with BBB. We have spent $5500 on furniture and it came damaged back in September. We have called the each month 3 times or so no results just promises. It is now December. So much for customer service is their number one priority.
Two websites down let's see how many more I can do.

After looking at several options of seating, we chose to order our seats for our home theater on line. We had several questions so we called and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the staff was. All of our apprehensions were laid to rest as the staff was very well educated on their products. Service has been exceptional. We couldn't ask for a better experience.
Ordered four Seatcraft Grenada chairs - manual with leather 7000 option. Very happy with these chairs and highly recommend them. I also was extremely satisfied with the assistance provided by Zack F. He was very patient and thorough answering all of my questions... and I had a lot of questions. Zack was a big reason I ordered from 4seating.com as I also shopped several competitors and no other company came close to offering the level of customer service I received from Zack. I should also mention that upon delivery I discovered one of the rubber cup holder inserts was missing. John J. From customer service was great in dealing with this minor issue and immediately had a replacement shipped to me. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of these chairs and the excellent customer service provided by both Zack F. And John J.
When placing my order the staff at 4seating was very helpful. But it wasn't until I had a problem that they showed just how helpful they could be: About three months after I received the chairs(2) one of them had a problem with complete "closure". I contacted 4seating and within a week they had sent a local repairman to my home. Upon inspection he determined that the chair was broken and could not be repaired. Without any hesitation, questions or delay, they ordered a replacement. I had to pay the shipping ( I hadn't "paid" originally) but I thought that was more than fair since the breakage may have been caused by me. (It's certainly possible) I felt that I could recommend 4seating to family and friends being confident they would receive great service and high quality products; the chairs are great.
