Looking to purchase the 4seating Cadence leather sofa. I know it is made in China. Can someone give me a honest report on the quality?

We purchased a 3 seater power reclining sofa. The leather itself was good quality. The couch was damaged underneath and they could not be bothered to answer our calls or let us speak to someone who could help with the problem. Buyer Beware. Awful company.

The leather 7000 quality is top-notch and feels just as comfortable as their Seatcraft Stanza. I don't know much about their Leather 5000 or fabric lines for Cadence but the 7000 looks exactly as-is in photography.
