I called Shop 4 Seats and spoke with a very pleasant, friendly and engaged customer service rep named Joseph. He followed up with me as promised after I was able to get to my motorhome and measure for fit.
I made a time to visit the showroom, but with traffic was going to arrive late (right at closing on a Friday night). He said he would stay over for us, and then made the hand-off to Rick the SVP of sales who answered all our questions, and really listened and put together a custom order for us.
John followed up the next business day and ensured everything was right on our order. We had to get a picture sent, as it was a new item and part name

My recliners are beautiful. All technical components are working. I had a small water back up in my basement that took out my power supply and customer service did an excellent job with helping me replace them. Manny was very helpful, kind and courteous with getting my order to me.
Needed new USB Plug and 4 switch combo for my chair since USB plug broke.
Chair was over 3 years old they had one in stock fork $19.95.
I thought I would pay nearly a hundred dollars.
Leather on chairs are High quality used every day and they look and feel new.
Home Theater Seating-We finally decided upon a home theater. Zack was the absolute best customer service representative I've ever had the opportunity to work with! He went above and beyond the call of duty, answering all my countess questions, not only providing me with different design options but then giving me the exact measurements on my seating options for our home theater. He's the absolute best!
Stay far away from 4-seating. We purchased a 3 seat all leather recliner power couch with fold down table, USB ports and cup holders. Genuine leather as well. It was an expensive piece so we also also purchased the insurance for the couch. A couple of days after we had it we discovered a damaged piece of wood under the couch. We called them for days and never received calls back and could not speak to a supervisor or anyone who could help us. So after a $2,000 purchase they could not be bothered with us. Buyer Beware and never, ever purchase anything from them.

I have yet to receive our chairs but at this point the shipping method is absolutely horrible. Once it is out of 4seating hands it becomes a mess. I received a message with a tracking number telling me the date I would receive the product so my wife stayed home from work. As the day got late I called the shipper and WOW I got the rudest woman on the phone who was working from home which sounded like she was in a cave. After not letting me speak she basically yelled out that I had to make an appointment to get my order ( First time I had even heard of this). The appointment is for five days later than the orginal tracking date. I'll let you know how it goes then.
Horrible customer service, Amanda from JB hunt (their delivery company) was rude and unhelpful on phone. They originally delivered a broken chair and and upon replacing they refused to haul away the original chair. Very unprofessional to leave customer with costs associated with removing their faulty furniture.
Honestly had high regards and were very friendly until we placed the order. After that they do not care for you at all. When the order did not arrive as promised and upon calling them we were told to check with the trucking service to find out why and how the delay happened. If only there were give negative stars for this kind of customer service they would have got some by now for sure. With online companies like these one cannot even change their mind either because even though you got free shipping you will be asked to pay for return shipping. So, now we are stuck with them or pay for return shipping for something you did not receive on time. Not reliable at all. First and last time ordering furniture online. Should have just with the local furniture stores as always.
I bought the top-of-the-line Seatcraft 7000. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and poorly built. Leather is only on the upper sections of the seats. Vinyl ripped open due to the friction between each seat caused by reclining the Chaise lounge section. My wife hates this couch. Whoever designed the recline mechanism must not be of standard normal human size proportions because the couch does not fit the body well. Beware.
They don't deliver on time. They will make you wait for multiple days for the delivery and never show up. No notification or apology whatsoever. I didn't go to work for 2 days waiting for this delivery per the notification from their carrier and I am a daily paid employee.
The customer care never backs you. They always tried to justify the situation and said its all normal. Above all they were rude and unprofessional.
I warn you all folks who read my message. If you really want to have a happy shopping experience never buy from them. If something goes wrong they will never try to help you. Make sure you pay for customer service as well.
I cancelled the order after 2 weeks of waiting, which they said will be delivered on same week itself.
I am now looking for legal advice to compensate my loss of pay for 2 non-working days which they made me to wait for nothing.

Seats delivered and look great in room.
Reached out to the company via email. Megan responded with a phone call. I was getting ready to step into a meeting, so she agreed to call me back a little later. She helped me walk through the problem and offered two solutions to fix the problem, all under warranty. And if the self install becomes two problematic she guaranteed to be able to send out a technician. Great work Megan!
Worst buying experience ever. Got notice of purchase... PERIOD. Then crickets. Customer Svc very responsive, personable... BUT... being told... it is... it's not... then it will be shipped... then it's not. No notification of delay or back order status. Nope. Check in another month.
I ordered 2 weeks ago. At same time I ordered a bed from a different company. The bed in getting delivered tomorrow. I haven't got anything from 4 seating. After 45 minutes on wait the csr said it won't be coming until January. 45 minutes of life Ill never get back again!

Had a conversation with Megan Moore and she was awesome! She was very patient while I rambled through my explanation of what was wrong with my 4seating home theater set. She guided me through the relevant steps to get the right information about the parts the parts needed to repair my seats and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. She also directed me to parts of their websites where my questions were answered. Megan was nothing short of amazing and nice. Was easy to talk to as she made sure she heard you right by repeating your feedback. She had the parts needed posted by fedex to arrive within 3-5 days.
I had been looking online and 4Seating always had the best selection and pricing. I was hesitant to buy theater seats online without trying them out, even though I think 4Seating could have guided me well on the phone. I happened to be nearby visiting family and went to the showroom. John J was the salesman and did a really great job giving me information about the seats. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. A real pleasure to work with. Priced out what I wanted in a timely manner. I bought the theater seats while I was there. I have an email they shipped within 5 days. Everyone was very friendly there. The showroom has a good selection. I would highly recommend both 4Seating and John J!
