We saw this set in an add at a local furniture retailer, and then online through another retailer. We also visited the highly overpriced Ashley Homestore. The price on 1 Stop Bedrooms is unbelievable compared to other retailers. We were able to save additional money off the price with the coupon codes on the website. The chat rep was super helpful and able to accommodate us with an upgrade from the White Glove Delivery to the Platinum delivery.

I was excited to see a bed made fully of real wood and that looked like salvage for a more vintage, antique-look. Product was packed very well. One of the metal hooks on the rail part of the frame is slightly bent and needed to be straightened in order for it to fit into the headboard frame. The biggest disappointed is that this bed is considered a 'platform' bed, but there are only 4 cross slats that make up the platform part of the bed. That might hold a normal mattress okay, but for some the requirement is less than an inch between slats to properly hold the bed (we have a tempur-pedic). We will have to reinforce the platform part with plywood, which is a bummer. Pros: Great color, value, solid wood, antique look, matching furniture sidetables available Cons: platform frame could be more sturdy
