Beautiful product, seems very well made. All the pieces were there to put together. According to my mate, it came VERY well packaged. Took him almost an hour to unpackage. Very tight fit, but goes together rather quickly. The slatss are an awesome design using velcro in between them so they are sure to stick and stay in place. The finished bed is just beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase! You can't beat the price either. Yes, the box is heavy, but honestly, it beats picking up from a store, lugging it to your car, getting it into your house, and THEN having to put it together! This way, it's just on your doorstep, drag it in, and get going putting it together... takes about 2 hours start to finish. Did I mention I love this product and plan on purchasing more needed items from this maker?!

I purchased the big size bed and I love it so much! I'm a female and I put this bed together by myself it was super easy and everything went smooth sailing putting it together. You really don't even need to look at the directions to put it together. I didn't run into any problems at all about parts being too short or not long enough. This bed is very sturdy and really strong. It doesn't make any noise at all when moving around in this bed. I have a 9 inch memory foam mattress and it's the perfect height for me. If I added a box spring it would be way too high. So it's really great with just my 9 inch memory foam mattress. Make sure when your putting the bed together you tighten everything as tight as you can. I'm just in love with this bed. This was a really great purchase, I am sooooo happy I bought this bed! I will be updating this review in a couple of months to let everyone know how the bed is holding up. The bed is shipped in a box with in a box. It's one long heavy box.

Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. We have a king and an English Mastiff that sleeps with us. I was worried if it would hold us all, even though I think it holds 1200 pounds, way more than we need. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service.

These chairs were more than I expected. They are comfortable and I didn't have to put them together, they came all assembled.

I guess I accidentally ordered my couch backwards, I called them and the gentleman on the phone helped me fix my order with no issues. I would definitely order again.
He even told me I'm getting the couch 2-4 weeks sooner than I expected.
