I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars...

Instagram. Etc.
We need to bring them to its knee.
All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too.
So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater.

When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS...
I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk

I ordered enchantimals for my granddaughter. Customer service promptly confirmed my orders and within a few days, I received notice that it has been shipped to me via DHL. I received the items in good condition and my grandaughter loves the items.

I had ordered a Organization process related book from 1Outlets on 23rd jan 2020. The order went through and my card was billed. Next day I am informed that the order is cancelled, for a vague reason - "declarations system is unable to upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest." They were asked to source the book from another source, but they could not do so. The Shopping experience was very poor. Neverthless, The team ensured that the refund was speedily processed and the credit was received after 17 days on 10th Feb 2020.

I ordered a product late april. Ive been following up regularly since then but no one responds... PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM even if prices seem low. Thats how they catch you. Rather pay a little extra elsewhere at a legit company. If you buy from 1outlets and get scammed... GOOD LUCK. You probably deserve it as youve been warned

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No record of order in the account registered with the website. No follow up action for email enquiries. No stocks available after payment made. No updates on the availability of stocks on the website and customers are made to pay the bill even if there is no stocks available. No guarantee on receiving the refund even the order has been cancelled. The worst online shop ever! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It doesn't worth any star at all.

I ordered from 1Outlets on the 13th of May and received an email of confirmation on the following day. According to the email, the item was to be shipped out latest by 8th of June and so I waited. After almost a month, the delivery status remained unchanged at pending order, I thus wrote in to inquire about the item. The reply was that the merchant was unable to deliver and I was given 2 options: 1) To have the item shipped from another merchant 2) To get a refund.
Had this happened with another company, I might still give them a chance. However, the experience of other customers before me doesn't inspire confidence (with their refund or shipment never materializing or only does so after an agonizingly long time). In the end, I asked for a refund and were promised to be refunded after 10-30 working days but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I strongly advise all potential customers to steer clear of this company.

Happy in the end

1outlets.com were unable to supply item ordered and said order would be refunded. I had to email once to chase refund before refund then promptly received. Numerous very courteous emails from (apparently!) numerous people. I am disapointed that the item I wanted couldn't be supplied and that I needed to chase the refund but overall happy with my experience with this company in the end. I am content to use this supplier again in the future.

I had placed an order with 1Outlets and I received email telling me the item is not available with the merchant anymore and they seek another one merchant with extra added cost or refund as an option.

I choose refund & after 2 weeks; I have yet to receive any email from 1Outlets.com

DO NOT TRUST 1Outlets or simba, com.sg

They took my money but didn't deliver. After weeks of waiting they canceled my order but refused to give me my money back. Instead they give "in-store credit" but after 12 attempts to order something and 12 cancelations it's either a scam or an unbelievable incompetency.

The positive reviews they've received are self generated.
As with all legitimate customers, they took my money, told me a month later the product was not available then failed to provide a refund.
DO NOT DEAL WITH 1OUTLETS.

Bad feeling

No stock but received my money. No stock but why still put out to sell and available to be clicked to buy? Refund is slow and chaos. All of my three orders were no stock and refund. But I just got one refund up to now.

Order *******703 jan-28 still waiting for refund!
Order *******843 jan-28 already refunded
Order *******543 feb-1 still waiting for refund!

And the refund amount is lower than what I gave. I paid HKD562.39 but refunded HKD539.58 only
