I ordered a stovetop smoker and smoker wood chips from this website. Although there was a problem with the manufacturer in the area of fulfillment, the customer service folks were fantastic in handling the situation and they processed my refunds without a hitch. Honest folks who followed up very closely with me. Special mention to Jarah who made the buying experience a very great one despite the non fulfillment of my orders.
This company is a scam. Ordered a product they were selling in my country. The page looked legit and there was no mention that it may not be the correct voltage and in fact could be an illegal product that could get taken by customs. Then they send me an email after I purchased telling me this. I then promptly canceled before the money debited out of my bank. They finally after two long weeks of unanswered emails called me and told me they were refunding my money for $11 less than what was taken out of my bank. They apparently don't refund shipping even if they never paid for shipping. So they aren't clear about what you are purchasing, don't leave any evidence you paid for shipping, and then pocket your money and keep some of it even though it cost them nothing. Good scam right? Will never buy from them again. Crap product, crap service, crap business philosophy. Companies like 1 outlets should not be in business.
Don't deserve any stars not even one! Sent them multiples and zillions of mails regarding of my order since 26th october 2018 but they replied and said i have to wait eta 7 to 10 days. However it's already like more than that but had yet no great news or emails from them. Keep sending me the same thing everytime over and over again! Now it's like more than a month and going to be end of the year and where's my damn item! Is this a scam company that take innocent peoples money and run away? Beware of 1outlet sg shop online guys! This is bull$#*! shopping online site that take your money and go silence! Don't be the next victim! I asked them for refund but they never reply me after that!@
I feel sad that I couldn't receive all the products that ordered, but the team didn't ignore and helped to explain the reason via emails also the process. I understand that it's not their fault as the system could be error and still show the products even its out of stock.
Awful experience! I placed an order in spring, was waiting for almost 2 month and it appeared that there are some issues with customs and it can not be delivered to my country
BUT even worse - I can not have refund to my payment card until autumn, so I decided to place another order and it went the same - can not deliver
And again I am struggling to get the money back already for one month - even no answers from shop
I've placed an order on 11th March, received an email on and they said merchant didn't ship. They said, " Refund generally takes up to 10 to 30 days to process and transfer the funds back to the customer's same credit card. " Their customer service is terrible, passing from one to another, basically are Kendall K., Hadid He., Devon W. And Hien. H. Still haven't receive my refund as it's been more than 30 days!
Looks like there is not a HUMAN reading the customer's (mine) questions, thus - the answers are NOT relevant. Some (questions) were ignored entirely, possibly (again) because only a ROBOT reads them.
And IT is not clever at all.
Will think thrice before ordering from them. Glad I did not order anything!

1. I felt communication regarding my order all along the process was very poor
2. I ordered 2 pcs of the same product and got only 1, I still don't know how/when will i get the 2nd one
3. Pls advise when will the 2nd one be received or cancel the order and refund my money
My procurement order was cancelled because the required items were out of stock. Refund was made accordingly by the Support team. Thanks to all the team members, especially Jarah, Hanna, Lucy, Milana, Mandy and Tracy!
I have purchased an item in March2020, I emailed them as after I finished placing my order, there's no email related to shipment or tracking number. I understand that maybe it's just because of the situation right now, but still a tracking number would be a relief for me. They only replied saying, item is expected to arrived by May7. I have been sending emails asking them the tracking number but still they couldn't provide, and even the reply seems suspicious, it's a default reply I think. Im gonna have to wait I do not have a choice right now. If only they would reply with proper information. It's a 93 dollar purchase so I was hoping it would be shipped then.
I brought a cutting board and a set of 5 ziploc totes bags with a very reasonable price.
However, my order was cancelled with no reason. Later I found out the price of the product I wanna to buy was rise up double:(
I am wondering if it is because they mark a wrong price and it is the reason why they cancel my order.
Luckily a very responsible customer service team reaching me for a quite fast full refund.
I placed an order which they accepted and when I did not receive my order, I emailed them and they said that the merchant couldn't supply and they would find me another merchant. After a few email, they later said that they would arrange a refund. I don't trust this 1Outlets. They are not honest.
I had same experience as a lot of people:
I ordered, i paid, order got cancelled, send dozens of emails for refund.
Finally i opened a dispute with creditcard company.
It took more than 4 months but i finally got my refund.
Placed order in Jan, they canceled my order in early Feb, since then I have been waiting for their refund. Contacted them many times, even called their customer service, useless. After entire EIGHT months of waiting, still havent received any refund from them.
Everytime i checked with them, they replied me the refund has been submitted and told me to wait for another week, the WORST online shopping ive encounter ever in my life.
Contacted Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), dont know if works but hope can stop them from cheating more money

I placed an order which they said was sent because my payment was declined! Showed proof of payment and they said they would refund me - they said they refunded me on 26th March 2021. 26th April 2021 still not refunded me and now not answering emails. Said they are having technical difficulties!
I have received a totall refund for both orders after i have posted the review here and in another site an email received from them telling me the refund has been completed and after few days I should appears in my account and yes after few days the refund was in my account
I been charged twice one cancelled and no return for 40 days now
And others not received one month back.
Customer service always give answers to a different subject, never go with them.

They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
