I placed an order on 1Outlets. Com on November 27,2024. After waiting for a long time without receiving the items, I submitted a refund request on February 19,2025. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but the company has completely ignored my messages. It has been [insert number of weeks or months], and I have received neither the product nor the refund. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the refund process is non-existent. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Based on my experience and similar stories from other customers, this site feels like a scam.
My order was in June 2024, it wasn't delivered so I asked for a refund, they said they don't do refunds & would give me credit, I told them I'd never order from them again so I don't want credit. They then make an excuse of they don't deliver to my country but they will deliver to the UK, so I ordered again & again the order never arrived this time they would refund my money & it would take up to 30 days…. It's now 53 days & many emails later & still no refund…

Do not purchase from them, they will take your money, your order will not be delivered, they will provide a lame excuse and offer store credit plus some fake promo code instead of a full refund. When you try to use ur store credit, same thing, no stock and will write lengthy emails apologising. Trying to say that refunds take 5-30 days should you request for it. There are many customers that have been scammed, read the reviews pls! I hv attached their rubbish emails.
Report them immediately to whichever country you ordered from. We are making a formal complaint to a Singaporean government agency. They need to be SHUT DOWN.

This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched.
I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded.
I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn't even go though any more.
How can such a company be allowed to exist?
At last, in june 2024, I have made an online report to the Singapore's Police. If you had the same scam experience with them please do the same, it's easy and fast! Don't complain just by writing on the internet. With more incoming reports, Poilce will be able to close down this website forever! Help other people, thank you!

Commande passée il 6 mois, confirmation reçu, après deux mois je n'ai rien reçu, j'écris un mail, ils me disent que la commande a été annulée, et qu'ils vont me rembourser, mais depuis plus de 4 mois, aucun remboursement et aucune réponse à mes emails, ce sont des voleurs.

I ordered Littmann core stethoscope.
They mentioned item shipped. After 2 weeks they said it is shipped but may take time due to shipping from US. After 1 month they said the item may be lost. They are not refunding money back. They gave in store credit to buy something else.
Initially they replied to 8 emails. Now not replying to emails.

If you read this, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, IT'S A SCAM. I bought a couple of discontinued items in my country, Spain, and when a few days before delivery I received an email explaining that due to a bureaucratic issue between both countries, legislative logistical issues, my order could not be shipped. I requested a refund to my credit card and they accepted, claiming that it would take up to 30 days to see the refunded amount. They suggested giving me credit on another product and I declined. The first few days I received a response to my emails, but when I threatened to report the issue through my bank's insurance, they then cut off communication. I have not heard from them for 2 months. I see the credit in my account at 1OUTLETS but I know that even if I try to spend it on another product, the same thing would happen again, the product would NEVER be sent. I have seen other users comment the same thing. I am currently trying to get the money back through my bank's credit card insurance. I wish I would have read reviews like this in time and saved myself this big upset. I spent 88 EUR.
Got scammed. Bought perfumes, the waiting period was 3 months to receive. In the end, they did not deliver the products and I did not get my money back. Did write a couple of e-mails. At first, they did reply to me, but now they're just ignoring me.
I have reason to believe that they have no intention to ship goods you ordered. When you ask for refund after they gave different reason of non delivery, they then said they will credit your account with them for your next purchase. When I requested refund to my credit card which they first debited, they agreed but nothing happened. I have been chasing for refund for over 2 months. This is a scam.

I wished I had read reviews before buying, I had everything happen that others have said, THEY WILL ONLY OFFER YOU A CREDIT on their site WHEN THEY DON'T SEND GOODS with lots of badly worded excuses as to why you haven't received it. It happened to me and I've noticed it happened to someone twelve times! I did manage to get a refund eventually after threatening a bad review if I didn't get a full refund.
