Reading reviews online and definitely not looking promising at all. I received an email that my order was placed and with my order number, then after received another email that they had to cancel the order. Still awaiting a refund but with the many reviews online that many have faced I'm not sure I will as I'm still yet to receive a reply.
I ordered something online through 1outlets.sg and they immediately charged my credit card for the full amount. 3 weeks later I received an email that I would not receive the item. I requested a refund and they promised to refund within 30 days. 2 1/2 months later still no refund. I emailed them and then I finally received the refund within 2 days. This company hopes customers forgets about refunds and trust 1outlets.sg to keep their promise. I will never buy something from this website again.
Ordered item & Paid for it. Within hours get e mail saying that they have problems supplying to S/A. Why advertise then?
Waited 7 yes SEVEN weeks for refund despite many e mails on subject. Finally threat of going to social media, legal route etc had the effect.
Got e mail following day to say refund is being processed. Two days later was in my account.

This is my 3rd time purchasing from 1outlets.my. Although shipping takes a while, I've always gotten my products in great condition. Customer service is always helpful through emails. Honestly don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Keep up the good work!
Same story here. Ordered items for $156, received message next day, that the supplier can't deliver the goods. Refund approved, and to be expected within 7 - 30 days. Now it's been two months, several emails with no reply, and a robot answering machine that hangs up on you. Totally fraudulent! Stay away! I will find every place I can to write about my experience with 1Outlet!:=

They tried very hard to for-fill the order but circumstances beyond their control meant they were unable. The refund was prompt and given cheerfully.
I will shop again.

My first purchase with 1outlet was smooth. So I ordered another time in July with more products. However, I was told they were out of stocks & offered me a refund within 7 to 30 days depending on bank. It is now almost 2 months & I have not gotten my money back! I emailed them twice & no response. Nobody picked up the phone line too. What is happening?
Some online retailers run from shipping problems or stock outages, but I experienced a genuine interest in getting me satisfaction. I was helped by several staff and was called by one to ask if she could do anything else to make my experience better. So rare in today's large world.
My order took 3 months to deliver and when it was delivered only part of the item came. There was no courtesy from them to inform. I had to call almost 20 times and was getting same reply that remaining items will be disptached. Got my refund after so much follow up that after further 2 month. A pathetic service provider would never recommend anybody.
There are toooooooo many victims online. Please check more review before action. I've also reported to the Singapore Police. This website will pretend to take your order, and tell you there is no stock, then credit refund, then disappear.
I ordered from them last November, they cancelled the order in December and despite constantly emailing them they have avoided refunding my money.
They reply with a standard email saying it could take 10-30 days for the refund to show in your account. This is now over 6 months. As far as I'm concerned the company is a scam. These guys are absolutely "not customer centric"... After making me wait for almost 2 months and multiple follow ups from my end, I'm informed (post committed delivery date) that product wasn't even shipped from the US and that they can't deliver it anymore. Not sure why you guys are running this business when you don't even understand customers needs...

I waited a long time for delivery and none came. More than 3 months. Upon reaching customer service they responded that package could not be delivered. Mind you, that it was I that had to contact them. Otherwise the case would have been dormant for ages.
When finally 1outlets understood their own limitations they refund as instore credits. So you have to use the money on a useless site that cannot deliver to you.
Depends how widespread this is but this is borderline scam. Keep this in mind if you ever find yourself wonder whether to make a purchase for this site.
I would not recommend this site at all, no matter how apparently good the price is. There are many other sites. Spend a bit more time to find others that provide what you need. 1Outlets can not provide.

Sep 29,2019: I paid for my order
Sep 30,2019: Got cancellation email due to "Declined. Shipping Address Verification Failed", saying refund may take 10-30 days
Nov 4,2019: I emailed them for refund follow up (over 30 days already)
Nov 4,2019: They replied repeating that refund may take 10-30 days, plus it may take 30 days to appear on my credit card statement
Nov 22,2019: I emailed again (54 days!)
Dec 6,2019: Still no reply. I emailed again. (68 days!)
Jan 28,2020: They finally replied that "Your refund had been submitted." (121 days!)
Eventually, my refund was received somewhere between Jan 29 and Feb 12.
I have ordered peoduct 3 month ago. I did not get it till now and they stopped replying emails and follow ups.
I saw similar feedback from other people. Obviously high possibility that positive feedback are fakes.

Took my money three times then cancelled my order. Refunded one lot of money and still waiting on over $90. Plus the overdraft fees this therefore encountered, plus non sterling charges.

They just cancelled my order without valid reason since March 2022. They just replied will check the refund / will refund within 30 days / refund in progress & etc. But noting had been refund after 7 months.
I have placed an order for face mask by credit card. They took my money immediately and wait for 2 weeks still not ship to me, and the status on website is "in-stock". Then, I give a email to them, request for cancel order and refund. They told me need to process refund within 20 day. Lastly, you guy can be know that, "no goods no refund no reply, totally can not trust" over 30 days.

The customer service is excellent and although I didn't receive my item a refund was issued right away. I am waiting for my bank to receive it. Any contact was dealt with quickly and politely. I would use this company again in the future.
Answer: I realised too late... 1 outlets is a world wide scam company... Just lost over $300 dollars... Please people. We need to expose this company. Facebook Twitter Instagram. Etc. We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
