Everything arrived quickly and in good order- however the pictures online are totally off on the color. The graphite looks more black online- in reality it is a sickly gray…. I would have returned them, but I'm just gng to paint them instead.
I ordered a light from them. My husband who is very handy and has installed all our lighting, was installing their light and it cracked. The glass was too thin for the amount of pressure required to screw it into the base. I called the company who stated it arrived in an unbroken condition, but I could try to submit a claim and I had to fill out a form and wait to see what they said. I decided not to do it because it did arrive in perfect condition. So all I did, was write a review that the glass broke when my husband screwed it to the ceiling and would not recommend the light. I did not break any guidelines. I went back to look to see if they published my review and they did not. Only positive reviews are listed.
I ordered a light that was delivered later than they said. It was incomplete and missing parts. I called and was sent a free return label so I could send it back but they deducted nearly $30 for a "restocking fee" which I gather will cover their expenses so they can "sell" it again to another hapless customer.
Had a positive experience using the website. Easy to navigate and enjoyed the huge selection and sales prices! However, customer service was abysmal! I don't know if it was because of Covid shortage of personnel or the Black Friday sales volume this company had, but I did not receive any tracking information, nor could I even locate my orders (4 items) on the website. Using the online chat feature and trying the 800 number were totally fruitless, frustrating endeavors. Delivery took a couple weeks, but all items finally arrived in excellent condition and my purchases met my expectations. Probably would give the company another try because they definitely have the selection and best prices.

Don't buy from this place please. I bought a $2,750 ceiling light and after 13 months the light is defected, 2 of the metal wire was broke and fall, half is still hanging on the ceiling. Try to contact them for help with order parts and look like they don't want to help because of little thing like this. And they told me to call direct to the factory to order and i did, but the factory said they don't sale for individual customers, i have to order thru the company that bought from and i got back to them and asked for their help but no one answered. Very disappointed for their service.
I had to return the item and it took a bit of doing to solve the issue. Nevertheless, it has been returned due to the fact that it was too large for my application.

Trust me. Pay a little more and buy from a different more reliable company. I placed two orders and after 2 weeks they informed me they did not have the items. They had to be special ordered from another vendor and they were now backordered. They gave me a new date and have pushed it back twice already.
I needed a replacement piece of glass and they told me that that color can't be sold if I had the color of chandelier I had. I moved into a new house and I guess the old owners had something special. They had two different colored glass pieces in the chandlelier. I just wanted them all to match but they said they could not sell me the color that was installed in my house. Just weird and rude service.
They just want to draw you to their website even though they do not have the stocks to fulfill your orders. They want you at their website so that you can purchase other items. They let you wait and wait and wait and after repeated calls, they finally admitted that they do not have the stock.
Promises. Promises. CO refuses to send item in a timely manner. Nine weeks to deliver? Outrageous! Order from another vendor. This place is the worst!
I had to use Live Chat and TYLER was SO Helpful! He was the best for help. Just disappointed with the product being so BLUE around the bottom. That didn't show up in the photos.

Tried to order 1 light on their web site and it wouldn't let me submit the order. After several tries I clicked on their "Chat" button. I explained what happened and got 2 canned replies, but no live person. After half an hour I gave up, said "Never mind" and ordered it somewhere else. Later in the day I checked E-mail and saw an order confirmation! I E-mailed them right back and explained everything again, asking them to cancel the order. The next morning I got an E-mail that had no message in it. I replied and told them their site and E-mail wasn't working. In the afternoon I got a message saying they got my message to cancel the order, but if it had shipped from the manufacturer I was going to be billed for shipping and restocking. I called the 800 number and asked to talk to a supervisor. "Armando" said he was a supervisor, so I explained the situation to him. He said I "should have checked E-mail before ordering it from someone else." Told him I didn't check E-mail for confirmation of an order that wouldn't complete, and had no reason to believe it had. Told him I couldn't believe they would even consider billing someone for shipping and restocking of an order that wouldn't go through, chat didn't work, that had been cancelled within a couple hours. Their online ordering, "chat" system, and customer service all FAILED MISERABLY.
It was a really great experience had a little issue with quality control and 1800lighting was all over it!
