I'm waiting on my electrician so I have not yet opened all of the pieces, but the main shipping box that contained the items had a huge gash in it. I'm hoping there are no damages, but won't know until the electrician installs.
Ok….so after I wrote my review yesterday customer service called me and said that they had made an error and that they could return the pendants. The customer rep was very pleasant and very helpful. So I'm now updating my review to state that they do stand by their products and were willing to do a full refund even after the return window had closed.
I received my Kate spade light today and not only was one of the flowers broken but it is missing a bolt to put it on the light. It's no wonder they say non returnable! By open box they mean damaged. The price should have been much less. It is probably useless and was still quite expensive. I wish I would have looked at the bad reviews before ordering g save yourself and don't buy from these crooks.
I have waited three months for a (very expensive) chandelier to arrive at no avail, and several promises to deliver, My bank account has been charge (charged & credited) several times, When I call customer service, they bump the delivery date each month... I beginning to suspect they'll take an order appearing as if in stock, only to acquire your e-mail; I receive weekly advertisement for products not related to my paid for order, but nothing regarding my order.
I would never ever use this company.
Not only is customer service horrible they take forever to refund your money on returns even though they have the product.
Agents are useless and think you are as well.

Everything arrived quickly and in good order- however the pictures online are totally off on the color. The graphite looks more black online- in reality it is a sickly gray…. I would have returned them, but I'm just gng to paint them instead.

We are in the process of building a house and have been extremely pleased with the fixtures ordered. The quality of the fixtures seem to be very high and the pricing seems to be competitive. Shipping is fast, fast fast and the customer service personnel have been super nice, informed and customer oriented. I'm very pleased with 1800Lighting and look forward to ordering a few more pieces from them in the future! Overall a positive experience!
I had the electrician install my new light this week. The interior of the cage hangs crooked. The electrician said the cage was not welded straight. There was nothing he could do to make it hang straight. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. I am waiting to see what they will do to correct this.
Had a positive experience using the website. Easy to navigate and enjoyed the huge selection and sales prices! However, customer service was abysmal! I don't know if it was because of Covid shortage of personnel or the Black Friday sales volume this company had, but I did not receive any tracking information, nor could I even locate my orders (4 items) on the website. Using the online chat feature and trying the 800 number were totally fruitless, frustrating endeavors. Delivery took a couple weeks, but all items finally arrived in excellent condition and my purchases met my expectations. Probably would give the company another try because they definitely have the selection and best prices.

I had to return the item and it took a bit of doing to solve the issue. Nevertheless, it has been returned due to the fact that it was too large for my application.

I received an email today apologizing for the inconvenience with delivery and a way to rectify the situation. I appreciate their attempt to make up for the delivery companys mistake and will continue to use this company in the future.
I waited 7 hours for a delivery that never showed up. To make matters worse, they charged me for this delivery. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy anything from this place again and suggest everyone does the same.
I wanted to find low-engery lighting for my kitchen so looked on 1800lighting because I think I saw an ad for them on Google. Overall it was a good experience. Customer service was friendly, the product came as promised, and I'd buy from them again. I'm not 100% if they are the cheapest around, but I think they are at the very least competitive with other majoy online lighing companies.
All good but did not ship on estimated ship date/ I had to follow up with customer service-said they could call next day but did not-finally recd email with ship info. But just minor isssue

I have purchased several Tyfany style lamps. Not all have been from this store. I have 9 and only one came with problem wiring. All in all I have had good luck.
I had to use Live Chat and TYLER was SO Helpful! He was the best for help. Just disappointed with the product being so BLUE around the bottom. That didn't show up in the photos.
