Seriously love EVERYTHING I ordered. I'm actually kind of blown away that I like it so much. I planned to return some of my items but it was all just too good. Keeping everything. Disco party ready.

Ordered a dress and belt and the dress had a minor defect. Communicated with Ellie through chat on their website and she was so helpful. Offered me a few options and in the end a new dress is being shipped to me. It's not often that retail customer service goes above and beyond for their customers and I so appreciate this! I'll definitely be ordering more in the future from 12th Tribe. They have such a unique selection. I love it!

This company helped me out immensely. I had a large order and only one item was defective. I asked for help after the 15 days due to medical emergency and they made it so easy to exchange and credit for a new piece. I can't thank them enough and now I can look for another item or two to replace! Thank you 12th tribe!

Beautiful dress and great customer service! The dress fits very well and is true to size. There was a part of the stitching that was off and customer service took care of it promptly.

I purchased an outfit that I knew might be a hit or a miss because of the style and having bigger boobs and a smaller frame. I am a new customer a read the full return policy but unfortunately this outfit was not eligible for return. After emailing for support and explaining my reasoning, they allowed me to make the return. The outfit came just as pictured and great quality. You for sure get what you pay for. Unfortunately it just did not fit but that is not a quality issue. I will be a returning customer just because of the great customer service and great quality.

Beware of this company. Very cheap clothing and their return policy is ridiculous that any sale item is unreturnable, and you can't even get a size that fits since the size chart on the site doesn't match the clothing that is delivered.

I am an avid review-reader before purchasing from online companies. I purchased from 12th Tribe, because their website has thousands of positive reviews from "verified purchasers." So, when I spent $100 on a dress for NYE, I felt like I was going to get a top quality product. When it arrived, I was SO disappointed. The dress is made out of extremely cheap plastic, scratched, and partly broken. It's not unusable... and it can be altered to make it look cute, but for $100 that is NOT what I would expect. I could've gotten something similar from Forever21 for $15.

The silver discs are made out of flimsy scratched plastic, and you have to adjust the neckline with a plastic clasp, or else the neckline sits below your knees (I'm 5'-7" tall, and got a size small... so this seems ridiculous to me.)

When I went to the website to submit a review, there was nowhere to do so... which leads me to believe that the "verified purchasers" are simply brand ambassadors or people being paid by the company to take professional level photos in the pictures and submit 5-star reviews. I also visited their Facebook page to submit a review, but they've turned off comments.

Overall, I would say that they have cute items... but the quality is just NOT there for the price they're asking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Cheapest quality clothing, I couldn't believe what they sent me. Upon asking for a refund, they announced that the sale is final. Of course it's final, it's a scam. Cheapest garbage from china, will give it to my daughters to make dolls' clothing.

Do not order if you live in Canada. You will pay a fortune in shipping and more if you have to return the item as they do not cover returns for "international shipping".

Purchased a pair of pants that were on sale, not marked final sale, and they showed up and were very poor quality. I tried to process a return and they told me that "sale marked items" are all final sale. So why bother even calling them sale as opposed to final sale? Its deceitful and bad business. Now were out the money and left with a terrible product. Reached out on chat where they informed me that since they were such a "great deal" they can't accept returns. Based on the deceitful return practices, product, and customer service, I would absolutely not recommend 12th Tribe.

I love what 12th tribe offers, from their fashion to their quality and their amazing customer service. I needed to exchange an item because the boot I bought in my regular size was a 1/2 too big. Ellie was on top of it and was able to exchange the boot (even though it was a sale item and non exchangeable). Customer Service says a lot about a business and I will definitely be shopping here more!

I ordered a white top and the fabric is so thin that you can see my nipples (Not stilysh at all).
I contacted customer service and they asked me to return it, however they asked me to pay the handling fees. Why would I pay the handling fees for them sending me a defect item?

I wrote back that I was not going to pay since I was not at fault and since then I have been received non sense emails saying that they are a small company and I need to be understanding.

There are plenty of fantastic small companies that is not an excuse.

My issue is still no resolved. Did I just loose 42 dollars?

Do not shop here. I purchased a few items online. I immediately knew they were going to work so I returned them a few days later. The process took weeks to hear back and they came back saying the items were worn and damaged. The items were neither worn nore damaged. Items went straight from the bag them came in to the bag I returned them in. Tags were attached. I will not be ordering items from them again and telling everyone I know to do the same.

First and foremost, I love12th Tribe's clothing. I recently updated my wardrobe for my birthday and our Costa Rica trip. As many are aware (for those who shop 12th tribe especially), the sizing differs, and their sale items are always final sale. I've had the pleasure of speaking to the 12th tribe rep, Brenda, and she has been absolutely accommodating and extremely helpful. She assisted me with an order from Nov and Dec where I purchased items with a recommended size; however, the sizing was off on me. So, Brenda accommodated me and allowed me to exchange a sale item. More recently, I ordered a killer birthday outfit for Feb 17, and the scheduled delivery wasn't going to be at my house on time. Brenda went above and beyond and assisted me with a 2-day express delivery at a reasonable cost and is allowing me to return a sale item for store credit. I'm a very happy (returning) customer for the clothing and because of Brenda's excellent customer service. As you can see from the photo I uploaded, I'm a returning customer. I can vouch for their customer service.

I received my order in a short amount of time. Customer service chat was easy to access with no wait time and they were able to help me resolve my issue. Quick friendly service.
