I love what 12th tribe offers, from their fashion to their quality and their amazing customer service. I needed to exchange an item because the boot I bought in my regular size was a 1/2 too big. Ellie was on top of it and was able to exchange the boot (even though it was a sale item and non exchangeable). Customer Service says a lot about a business and I will definitely be shopping here more!

I’ve ordered clothing before and their sizes are usually tts. Never had any issues with this company.
