If you care about integrity in a company, I wouldn't shop here! Over $300 worth of items were determined to be ineligible for returns due to their "condition", even though they were barely removed from the packaging. If you want to be able to receive a refund for items that don't fit you, I would find somewhere else to shop.
I bought two dresses from this company in February, 2 different sizes as I wasn't sure which size would fit me, even though I had read the sizing charts. I made sure to check their return policy which would give me 14 days to return the items if I was not satisfied. When they arrived I put one dress on and was shocked that it wasn't a dress, It fit like a top and my butt was completely exposed. I immediately repackaged the item and requested a refund for both items. I was sent the return labels and sent them off the next day. I had received all pertinent communication once it shipped, was received and what to expect next including my refund amount. I was surprised that it took 16 days to get any money back, but was more surprised when they only refunded me for one dress. I received a confirmation email that I was getting a refund for BOTH dresses and that it would take 12-16 business days to process, the amount I was getting for both as well, so was surprised that I only I got the one refund. I immediately sent an email inquiring on the other refund to which they replied the item was worn, something about a bent disk, finger prints or scratches on the silver, now considered damaged, etc. All I did was try the dress on once, nothing more. People try on clothes in dressing rooms at stores too. I put everything back the way I found it carefully. I responded with both emails for confirmations that my returns were accepted and that this was not acceptable. I have heard nothing back. I ended up looking them up at the BBB and found many complaints similar to mine. They are stealing my money and taking advantage of people by coming up with excuses to roll capital. Stay away.
First and foremost, I love12th Tribe's clothing. I recently updated my wardrobe for my birthday and our Costa Rica trip. As many are aware (for those who shop 12th tribe especially), the sizing differs, and their sale items are always final sale. I've had the pleasure of speaking to the 12th tribe rep, Brenda, and she has been absolutely accommodating and extremely helpful. She assisted me with an order from Nov and Dec where I purchased items with a recommended size; however, the sizing was off on me. So, Brenda accommodated me and allowed me to exchange a sale item. More recently, I ordered a killer birthday outfit for Feb 17, and the scheduled delivery wasn't going to be at my house on time. Brenda went above and beyond and assisted me with a 2-day express delivery at a reasonable cost and is allowing me to return a sale item for store credit. I'm a very happy (returning) customer for the clothing and because of Brenda's excellent customer service. As you can see from the photo I uploaded, I'm a returning customer. I can vouch for their customer service.
My order accidentally put my old address in the "shipping address" box. I emailed them to ask them to please update to my new address and they responded immediately. I was super impressed. I will be ordering more from them in the future!
The quality does not match the photos at all then their return policy follows the rest of the experience… HORRIBLE.
I orders an item and it was little small on me and the size bigger is sold out so I asked for a return. They discounted $10 fee for a labor, so I lost $10 + $7 shipping. I'll avoid buying on this store again cause if something just doesn't fit on me and they don't have my size I lose money.
They reached back out to me almost immediately and sent along the gift card I needed to use from a return! I can't wait to shop the site for new things and loved how responsive and detailed the team was!
Beautiful dress and great customer service! The dress fits very well and is true to size. There was a part of the stitching that was off and customer service took care of it promptly.
Love the unique styles from 12th Tribe! I got some super cute sets for my trip to Mexico and the perfect Nashville dress for the summer.
My order came in a little damaged. Thankfully, their customer service was amazing! They replied to me within 2 hours which I really appreciated. They were super friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable ordering from the company again knowing that if I need help in the future I know that I will be taken care of.

Do not order if you live in Canada. You will pay a fortune in shipping and more if you have to return the item as they do not cover returns for "international shipping".
This tank was an absolute showstopper! All eyes were on me and made a perfect birthday outfit in Vegas. Definitely recommend!
Not only did my ApplePay display $98 when I authorized the sale and was charged $101, the item I purchased two days later went on sale for $27 less and they wouldn't honor the price. Complete garbage customer service.
Very response and easy to communicate with. They resolved my issue with smoothness and ease. This company stands by its products and brand, and that is clear from interactions with their customer service team.
In may, I preordered an item that had a July delivery. In August, I emailed customer service as my item had not arrived. They apologized and said it would arrive in October, which wouldn't work because that's when my event was. So I cancelled it and ordered something else. I received what I ordered and it was a dress that was way too short but too large in every other way, very oddly sized. Returns are terrible. They give you a date deadline to return it (although it's actually 30 days from receiving the item which supercedes any date they give you), they charge you for shipping twice, and a 9.95 restock fee. They also try to pressure you into store credit. I hate this place, never again.
Claims that Warehouse Returns did not accept clothing. In truth they are reselling the clothes and keeping your money. Scam. Do not shop here. Shady business.
Seriously love EVERYTHING I ordered. I'm actually kind of blown away that I like it so much. I planned to return some of my items but it was all just too good. Keeping everything. Disco party ready.
They refused to refund me for items that were made poor quality. I will never purchase from them again.
All of the clothes I bought don't fit, and now I can't even return or exchange them. I should've read the return policy better, but wasn't expecting not even an exchange to be accepted. They weren't even marked final sale. Very disappointed and won't be shopping with them again.
